I have never been fond of the self checkout process, thankfully though Dustin made it a Team checkout lane, he scanned , I paid . Very friendly young man, really made my day.

I entered the store 5 minutes before closing and was still helped and able to purchase 16 cartons of flooring and drove away 15 minutes after entering. I am very thankful that I wasn’t turned away since I live an hour away. I did know exactly what I was getting and locating it was super easy. A very nice man helped load my truck after the closing time. Thanks Home Depot!

Jersey is an excellent employee you have..we were wallpapering with peel and stick wallpaper that they carry and needed 10 rolls and they only had 3 in stock and she was so good at helping us get some ordered and making phone calls to other stores etc...her goal was to make sure we were completely satisfied...she is THE BEST!!!!

The associates were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction of the items I was looking for. The store was very clean. And I spent much less time Looking for my items because of her help

I was really impressed with the employees in this store! As soon as I walked in, an employee asked me if i need help finding what i needed. I told her i had JUST walked into the door & i knew what i was looking for because i live in Home Depot and she said ok. When i went to check out, although at the wrong end of the store, Jersey the Customer Service Rep ,was EXCELLENT! Yes she informed me that I was entering in the line the wrong way she was excited to help me. It was her personality and interpersonal skills that captivated me. She would be an EXCELLENT Customer Service Trainer.

Looking for an exterior door. We came prepared. Steve found it immediately. Purchased and out the door fast!

Overall the customer service for my return, the cashiers, and the store manager who helped me were all amazing and went above and beyond to create a good experience and a sale. 4/5 rating simply because of the absolute JERK at the Pro sales desk whom I was referred to by a store employee about an online deal we were trying to see if he could help me with since my return had to come back in store credit. The guy at Pro sales who i cannot remember his name was older dark and grey shaggy hair and a complete fool. He was pushy and rude and expressed to me for no reason that he made his money on commissions and through contractor sales and that he shouldn't have even been helping me.. it was Christmas Eve and I was one of very few customers in the store at this time and I was out of the store at least 20 minutes before close. That guy at the Pro desk almost ruined me ever going back to this location.

Even thou there are several Home Depots in our area we Travel if necessary to the store on Church St. because the staff there is friendly and like to help and that is a big stress reliever on those days when we are working on difficult projects

The store is clean and the products are easy to find and if I cannot find what I looking for , there is someone to help me find what I looking for. I like to shop at Home Depot

On December 2nd and 3rd, 2019. I met two HOME DEPOT associates who were mazing and very special they had high interest in taking care of my shopping & orders. They take time to make sure I got what I’m ordering and with correct finance terms that I’ll afford to pay the minimum and complete my payment within the 18 months.

i will 100% be back to this store. i love love loved conner. she was beautiful and so so helpful.

I have bought kitchen counter tops twice, washer or dryer, you designed and installed a kitchen pantry, You are my go to store from wood to plants. some of my purchases were from another store, but HOME DEPOT. Completely satisfied with the store

Extremely friendly knowable employees. I needed help selecting carpet, took samples home. Ordering was quick and easy. Installing process thoroughly explained. We will be returning to this store.
