I bought merchandise for a repair worth $1,200 and charged it to a wrong credit card (personal) vs. business. However, I approached Ms. Marissa (cashier) who went out of her way with a big smile to reverser the transaction, issue a refund and charge the amount to my business c/card (after 2 other employees said they couldn't do it). Thank you Marissa.

PENNY IN GARDENS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE IS NOT SEL-AWARE NOR HAS ANY PATIENCE WITH CUSTOMERS. SHE PROJECTS HER MISERABLE LIFE ON TO CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY PLEASE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OR ENVIRONMENT. HOW COULD YOU LITERALLY SCREAM AT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO "LEAVE [YOUR] PLANTS ALONE" WHEN I WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THEM! I'M A 55 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO WAS TREATED LIKE A CHILD!! SHAME ON YOU PENNY!! AND SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING HER TO GET AWAY WITH HER BAD ATTITUDE!!!

This store always has a knowledgeable staff member available to help in all departments.

…for all the times I go to Home Depot, for work or personal, I wish there was a way to Thank the workers on the floor and not wait I till I get my receipt! Thank You Donna at Pro Services! I have always had excellent service by friendly and knowledgeable people at the Lihue, Kauai, Home Depot.

We went get Air conditioner for our house and encounter an amazing young lady employee that help us during the our visit and along way she smile .

I ventured into the Electrical department and found just about everything I was looking for in about 10 minutes.all the associates were somewhat knowledgable about the department and when they didn't know they put me in touch with someone who was able to get what I needed. Much appreciative of that. Mahalo Mark

I’ve been to this Home Depot several times to buy materials for various projects. Al, the Assistant Store Manager and Crazy Ed in customer service are super solid, helpful dudes. I wish every Home Depot was as good as this one and every Home Depot employee was as awesome as them!

Either the store needs to hire more people that want to work,or address the excessive call off rate.

We just got a new refrigerator and it was dented and it was causing the door to malfunction, so we called home depot to report the problem within 24 hrs of purchase, we talk to employee NAMED BECKY she told us that we will get a call within 24 hrs to resolved the problem so we waited for 24 hrs and we didn't get a call or email, so we called them back and once we got a hold of a new employee and we'd asked about our claim and the employee said that she did not put us on any call back list or didn't even put the claim that we did so pls HOME DEPOT GO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, SHE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR LET GO!!!!!!

I bought a tool with battery and charger a few years ago and still in good working condition .

We found Christmas lights for 75% off, the paint department processed our order without delay and the check out was seamless thanks to assistance by Norine.

I’m grateful for the helpful staff at this HD. I also appreciate I can make it a quick stop - lines are never long! Separate garden section is great, too.

There's a guy in Plumbing, or near there, that really knows his stuff. Tim Dineen, I think, is his name. Knowledgable, creative and friendly (even funny!) he always makes my shopping a joy. And there there's Kelly in Customer Service, a lovely dark-redhead who puts all the other Customer Service people to shame with her constant smile and warm conversation. (Others sometimes look bothered or sleepy) She's very smart at fixing online ordering problems, too!

Love coming in and being greeted by Nieves, so warm and friendly. She is always so helpful!

Shannon in kitchen designs is a great resource. Very knowledgeable, able to think outside the box, and good at follow-up. Pennie in the garden shop has wealth of plant knowledgeable. She is helpful, diligent, and professional. She ALWAYS keeps the displays clean and organized.

I have been coming to this store since it was built, and this store has saved me so much hassle and frustration. First of all, the staff is such a helpful staff—always—and they nearly always have what I am looking for! It seems to be as well-run as it is well-staffed, and I am there very often.

Shout out to Edward, Scott and Noreen, they are so friendly and helpful.

Almost Every time we shop at this it’s a good experience But when things go wrong the employees step up to make it right no mater how long it takes that’s going the extra mile well done to all the store staff.

Kimberlyn works at the Service Dept. where I made 3 payments to 3 different Home depot accounts. She was able to adjust my purchase so my coupon could work.

Went to buy a ballast. What a mess! Empty boxes and ballasts of all kinds spread all over the shelf. I finally find the one I wanted, but it looks used and there’s only ONE. Next, to the tool dept. I want to compare prices to make up my mind. One says it a kit with battery, charger and case incl. The comparable tool has no price tag. I flag down an associate and ask him if the one in the stock cage is the same and is that the price, He opens the the stock cage and mutters, that he didn’t know and that I should read the box. I can go on with the saga, but I think you get the point. Sad, very sad.
