This store has the most friendly and helpful employees that consistently go the extra mile to help you find what you need. Never have to look for help, they are everywhere! The store is clean and well organized...such a pleasure.

I was able to purchase something not really looking for anything in particular and I am happy about my purchase.

Every Time I go in there, there is someone to help and answer my questions.

This Home Depot has upped their game. I can find help easily. I no longer have to walk around to find assistance. Thank you.

While this store seems to generally have adequate inventory and seems tidy, except that it at times is cluttered with things stored in isles, the store definitely suffers from a staffing challenge. Each time there, it seems like a different store as far as the faces of staff available. This obviously is accompanied by the typical unfamiliarity of inventory and locations that comes with new staff, as well as the draw on morale of existing staff for whatever the reason others keep leaving. It’s just hard to get comfortable/ gain familiarity in an establishment with a virtual revolving door of staff as pretty often, short timers either haven’t developed any equity or don’t intend to be around for long anyway.

I served 22 years in the military all around the world I retired on Oahu last year! Kauai is by far the best location I have ever been to in my 41 years on this planet. Keep up the good work everyone there is a professional and helps Beyond what is expected! I am retired and 41 years old and I don’t need to work but I would love to apply for a job with your company either in management or just to help people and be a normal worker! Thank you for the experience you guys of helped me more than I could even imagine!

Sad to be the only big box store on kauai, Delivery buyers beware.....have associate tag merchandise with delivery will call stickers before your product gets sold right under your nose like mine. Waited 2 weeks for patio door to be delivered. Last day before delivery they call and say, it not in stock any longer and that it's a "computer glitch", knowing darn well they oversold it. The only glitch was the lack of caring by the sales person. When asked why he didn't tag my door he said I don't have to. Well home depot I don't have to shop at your store.

Store is clean and the customer service agents are very efficient. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Customer Service representatives are in general helpful and knowledgable.....not always but most times. I received excellent service my last visit. Being on an island some products are not available - that is the only short coming. Good experience over all.

Great experience. I cannot go into store. Elizabeth helped me find the right item and made the order for pickup by my friend. She was very helpful and acommodating and answered all my questions.
