The management and employees worked very hard to resolve an issue that I had with an order/refund and reorder. I worked with three different employees and each one was very professional and patient with me, during the busy Black Friday weekend. I truly appreciate the great customer care that I received and I love my new appliances!!

Store Manager doesn't want to be there. Employees there are unfriendly, unhelpful, uncaring and don't want to be there as well. Won't even help load your truck when you buy large quantities. Horrible store drive to another store and save the trouble.

I PURCHED A GAS WATER HEATER. I WAS HAPPY THAT THE STORE HAD WHAT I NEEDED.

The store is very clean and organized and vicky at the check out was very helpful and had a great attitude

The lady who greeted us when we went to the garden center was extremely helpful. She told us exactly where to find the items we were looking for. My only wish is that customers stop picking things up, and later putting them down in another part of the store.

Had an issue with checking out and a bar code. Was helped very quickly by Nyah and Nadia. Great service, care and stock on the shelves.

I went in for a variety of light bulbs for my home. Joy helped me not only find the correct light bulbs, but also educated me on the various lighting (true, bright, soft) options. She helped me choose the right lighting for the specific area within my home.
