I bought lumber to make benches & screws so glad I did.

Didn’t see what I needed in store but the associate Kiyanna helped me find exactly what I needed ordered it from my phone!

The mew Manager form Buckhead seems to quarterback the store and his players are so far top notch.

Judi is very friendly and helpful. The two girls at the self checkout are helpful and friendly.

A paint associate named Chyna was a big help even finding a tool I didn't know they made cordlessly. It was also a great find because I have small hands and it was a perfect fit. Love this store.

I recently found items needed to renovate a house to which I will be moving. Kudos to the employees who really know their products and were both courteous and willing to help me find/decide on products needed for that renovation.

I bought a Husky tool chest a few month ago, it is so good gravity. Also a Husky torque wrench at rock bottom price.

As a woman shopping in Home Depot with a list given by a male could be difficult but Richie, Muhammad and Zion made it a smooth ride. There was another young lady in the returns department that was also very friendly and helpful. I wish I got her name also.

the guidance box on the form says not to talk about customer service but this is something people in this area need .. i recently bought a home unknowingly not for behind this store lilburn. needless to say i have been more than a few times and everytime i go any associate i encounter is there to help its truly a pleasure. today an associate surprised me by scouring the store for a product i wanted . the computer said there is 1 here and i will find it for you he said. sure nuff, while i was finishing up the associate found me to let me know he found it in an overflow space on top rafters. So if you want an amazing experience or just to always be treated with respect and a true desire to help you take your business to this store.

The process of purchasing a storm door here was seamless. The associates at this location are knowledgeable and attentive. I will post an additional reviewand photo once the installers come to install it which may take 3-4 weeks based on the next available appointment.

The store has a lot of Christmas stuff in stock.

Although, on this particular visit, the Lilburn store did not have what I was looking for, one of the associates, Nghai, helped me find a location that had the product IN STOCK!

Each time that I go into this Home Depot it is clean the staff is friendly they help you to get the products or services that you need and you’re in an out in a timely fashion I have other Home Depot’s around but this is my go to Home Depot

Great customer service from the electrical and appliance departments. On multiple visits to this store, the associates were very helpful to me as I sought to purchase an appliance package and a few electrical items for my home (recessed LED lighting, electrical outlets, cover plates, etc.)

I drive a distant to this store location because they are well stock. I do not go to the home deport nearest to me. I prefer this store and I seem to be able to find what I am looking for. Most items are available.

I tried to buy a door for 45 minutes, and asked 3 different associates but none would get it off the high shelf.

The employees were beyond friendly this morning and even walked to get what I needed. I love the fact that I was greeted as soon as I walked in by both the cashier EJ and his boss I think her apron said LaDonna they were both smiling and I rarely get that in other stores especially early in the morning!

If I could give a negative I would. First they lied and said they couldnt find the item, and when I found some clearence items the employees realize the price they tried to keep it for themselves saying there was a limit on how many items you can purchase at Home Depot.
