The store layout was a bit complicated, but nevertheless everything was relatively easy to find with signage. Home Depot has a reputation of being understaffed in certain departments, but NOT HERE. I loved the environment of orange aprons running everywhere & ensuring the needs of customers is made. However, I was not able to get help in hardware when I requested it. After waiting impatiently, I decided to checkout where I met the cashier Kaitlyn. I expressed my concerns to her about how I couldn’t find anybody to answer my questions in hardware. She apologized for any inconvenience & took it upon herself to assist me in hardware & select the appropriate product necessary for my project. She was incredibly helpful & turned a mediocre experience to a spectacular experience.

No military discount for veterans, been getting discount for years. Will start shopping at Lowe’s where they respect veterans.

The Associate Diamond was pleasant and helpful in explaining how Will Call works, using this service for the first time. She explained the process without me asking.

Ladonna Hill came to my needs when I was frustrated on a rental project in need of materials, she made it very pleasant to shop at Home Depot

I had THE BEST experience in the garden section of Home Depot that I have had in a long time. I was buying plants and several bags of mulch. A gentleman who worked there rushed over from another part of the store to help me. He loaded all of the mulch into my cart, made sure I made it to the checkout area, and asked if I needed help to my car. I haven't seen that level of service anywhere in a long time. I regret that I didn't get his name so that I could rave about him.

Very nice store, more associates available would be helpful. To much traffic in store with such minimal help.

Clean neat well stocked store. employees all around willing and voluntarily offering to assist as I’m shopping. Always greeted and directed or taken to specific items I may need

The Lilburn store is nice, but not unlike other Home Depot stores--except for employees like Keyala, who make shopping at Home Depot-Lilburn a very pleasant experience.

Our cashiers May did awesome job handling our return. She was very kind and patient. She also gave us tips on downloading the app and adding our phone number when purchasing items.

HOMEDEPOT is my favorite store where I regularly do shopping, all items was great and nice tho. They help me a lot, I do love shopping in Home Depot and it was 10 years I became a member of homedepot.

Initially I would not have given 4 stars but the store manager, pro desk supervisor and a few team members redeemed the mishaps I'd experienced. It was made available to me point persons that would ensure my experience was pleasant and my orders were fulfilled. The team showed great effort in getting the product delivered and that it was to my satisfaction. If there was an issue of any sort the store manager, Ms Williams addressed it immediately with no excuses. Though I'm not quite done with this project I have consistently relied on this team to help me see it through. They were able to turn around what started out as an unpleasant experience to one of gratitude. Job well done THD Lilburn, GA

This store has excellent staff. Everyone is helpful and happy to help. The bathrooms are extremely clean.

This store has really improved its customer service experience. The products were plenty, and the sales assistance do pay attention to your needs. For what I saw today, this store was little busy yet it was clean. I was disappointed that some of the customers did not have masks on especially during this visit. Remember, it doesn’t take much to be exposed to a respiratory virus that can make you really sick. You only have one life! STAY SAFE!
