This store is very clean and organize very friendly staff

I actually live between two Home Depots across town but I work near this one and I prefer this Home Depot because the people are much friendlier here than at other Home Depots

Tool rental is looking alot better and customers service!!!

Michelle, repair shop manager is wonderful! She's very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and easy on the eyes as well as to the ears! Thank you Michelle for quickly solving and helping me to fix my snowblower issue!

This store never has anyone to help, but don’t worry the self checkout is run by an employee not self at all. There are plenty of other stores around that don’t have this issue.

I had never even heard the word flashing before... not in regard to building materials....so I had no idea what I was even looking for. But while in the Maple Heights OH store I was lucky enough to meet James, a incredibly helpful staff member who found everything on my list, including the flashing.

Very clean store with really friendly employees! They have in stock what I need and if I can't find it, they help me order it!

The Maple Hts Home Depot is my home store. The staff is friendly and always make me and my staff feel welcome. They greet me my name with every phone sale and face to face transaction.

I don't know how this store is even open. The sales associates are not friendly at all and run the other way when they see you coming. I had a sales associate, Mozarri, tell me that she didn't care about the job. So sad to hear when there are people who would love to have a job. She repeated how much she didn't care at least three times. So, so sad.

this store is a good place to shop for things to fix your house.

The woman is customer service was horrible

If you go in the paint department, MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR PAINT IS WHAT YOU WANT TO PURCHASE. I got home & the gentleman put 2 difference types of paint in my cart & I didn't notice till I got home & the sticker on the cans say, "NOT RETURNABLE"!!!

This is my preferred store of choice. It's pretty easy to get assistance when needed and associates are professional, but friendly and very helpful and patient. The store is very well stocked, clean and uncluttered.

I Love the Home Depot, I am female and I look forward to shopping here, the store is clean and always well stocked. Not to mention The Home depot supports HBCU's.
