I love this store!!!!

great store but cashier was extremely rude and really didnt want to do her job.

every time I come to this store it is clean and the employees are very helpful and professional also I like how they are very helpful and knowledgeable when you are working on a particular project.

This is based on my visit today (2/9/19). I complain about bad experiences so it's only fair to comment on a positive experience. Robin, the gentleman in the ceiling fans department was very helpful and friendly. He went to the front of the store to bring me a shopping cart even though I told him I didn't need one.

Sales persons were very accommodating and helpful and really friendly and approachable. I would shop there again.

HELPFUL CREW WORKING THERE. IT MEANS A LOT TO ME WHEN THEY KNOW WHERE PRODUCTS ARE IN THE STORE....AND, I'LL SAY IT AGAIN THEY SMILE.

Everything about this experience was great ! The associate gave me assistance as soon as I told her that I was ready to purchase. The fact that I was able to use Giant Eagle gift cards from the store next door to Home Depot to save on gas was an excellent perk. I love Maple Heights Home Depot ! I have and always will shop here.

Lanelle in the Wet/Dry Vac department was extremely helpful in helping me find the accessories I needed and didn't stop until he found what I needed; Pamela the Cashier was a true delight and very helpful and very pleasant, and another sweet gal whose name I didn't catch was very helpful in helping me find the vacuum cleaner I was looking for and loaded it into my shopping cart. Nothing but wonderful things to say about my encounters with the employees at the Home Depot in Maple Heights!

Good and helpful staff , i got my kitchen appliances their last year .But store needs to keep the the aisles more clear for customers to walk around more safely and the smaller items like salt,led bulbs,and air filters should always be in stock ?

Went to the store early Sunday morning, wasn't crowded and there weren't many associates available but I requested the assistance because I needed someone to cut a slab of wood; asked more than one associate who said they would send someone back. After waiting for about 15 minutes, and walking around looking for an associate, no one ever came. There was an announcement for all associates to go to a morning meeting which made no sense; why be in a meeting when you have customers to take care of.

Every associate I encountered at this location were very friendly and helpful.

The store customer service is wonderful, they are always one time with helping to search for items and always will to go that extra mile of service

I like the sales and products this Home Depot has to offer. The employee's are friendly and helpful also.

My Experience at Home Depot in Maple Heights was Great the cashiers and the floor employees was of great help. Would I recommand other friends, relatives and co- workers yes i would. Keep up the Great Work

Every time I have gone to this store, the employees have been very helpful & friendly.

i have been a customer since they opened. at age 75 i enjoy the experience and 99% of the time the employees are very friendly, well trained, very helpful and do a great job. i recommend the home Depot when ever i work with friends, neighbors to work on projects. i have seen several people stealing from the store and know it is a growing problem. getting great employees is a very big problem and the stores cannot be held accountable. i owned a company and found the employees were suppose to represent myself and my values and views. but at times my employees could make a grown man cry. :)

They have what you need to keep your home fabulous.

It is very hard to find anyone willing to help you at this location. If you are lucky enough to find a helpful employee they will be be fantastic. But they are very few and far between. If you are not in need of assistance this store is fine.

Clean, well stocked, very nice employees, they seem to enjoy their work. Everyone spoke , no matter where i walked in the store!!! Great for me i am 70yrs old i had fun shopping here, i left SMILING!!! Thanks home depot.

Nice friendly store and very helpfull

the store need to give employees a class in service for example I walked up to two employees talking no one acknowledge me for 5 min until I said excuse me then the young lady turned to me as if she had an attitude I said never mind then the employees don't know much about the product they sell how can I trust it when the employee can't tell me the good about it.

I LOVE Home Depot.
