Constantly having to drive an hour into Austin area stores for items not stocked in Marble Falls store.

Had a terrible experience buying a riding lawnmower. Took almost 2 hours and countless frustration not to mention rude employees and really bad excuses. I will think twice about shopping at this location again.

While the employees and products are great it is very difficult to walk down the aisles with a cart due to all the product stacked in the aisles. It is impossible to pass another person with a cart. I’m sorry I did not take a picture. I will do it next time.

the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products, the paint dept made the requested color from a small sample that matched perfectly. overall a very nice experience. but i would like the prices online to match at least some of the products that we purchased.

It's been said this is HD's smallest store (rumor) Personally I like that as a senior citizen. It's much easier. I enjoy seeing familiar faces that have worked there for years, too.

It would be great to see some expansion to compliment the growth in this area around this store that serves several communities such as Kingsland, Marble Falls, Burnet, Horseshoe Bay, Llano, Cottenwood Shores, Sunrise Village, Round Mountain, Buchanan Dam, Tow, and all of the farms, ranches and homes in between.

All employees went out of their way to help and assist me with my needs and questions. I will not shop anyplace else again.

We just finished a paving project and the associate was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile and loaded our truck for us. However, we consistently notice trash in the parking lot and encourage this store to improve its the exterior. Thanks.

We consistently find what we need at our local Home Depot! We've used the "ship to store" service as well and find it to be extremely convenient.

Last three questions: 1. Shopping carts availability 2. Shopping cards 3. Outside shopping charts I believe all three questions were supposed to be about shopping carts.

The cashier Tabbitha who works outside make my experience there pleasant. I love coming there shopping for plant and their needs. I live this store!!!

I had to have keys made and was in the dark as to what I needed. The gentleman was knowledgeable and helped me make a decision.

On Friday 4/29 the guy in the Paint Department went above and beyond helping us find the exact paint we needed!

The staff were unbelievably polite and helpful, also very knowledgeable. This store was better stocked than our much larger store in our home town.

May need to keep better stock of seasonal items and popular products.

I went into the store with the intent to browse but found the exact items I had been searching for and Robbin was extremely helpful and patient.

Needed to order custom windows for a new house build. Would definitely recommend Danielle Grafft, Millwork Specialist at Marble Falls location if you need any help. She's fast, efficient and knows her product lines. Store seems well stocked overall but for the custom doors, windows, garage doors, etc. she's the go to lady for me.

Employees go above & beyond to help you locate your item. Several trips to HD this year have let me witness this over & over.
