A pretty nice store. Employees could be more helpful. They seem to spend too much time with each other and sometimes ignore customers. You will like Betty in the Garden Department; she is always cheerful and perky!

Some aisles were difficult to negotiate de to excessive floor displays and overhead electric lifts.

although store employees can be hard to find from time to time, usually they are helpful and tend to know where in the store to go find particular products. the MF store feels more down-home than other HD's due to the smaller town it is located. Like.

I find this branch of Home Depot to provide excellent customer service as well as offer a nice range of product offerings that are on sale! When making a large and expensive purchase, courteous and knowledgeable assistants are mandatory--this is what we experienced in purchasing a new refrigerator this morning. It was easy to locate the sale item and as easy to secure necessary information about policies and discounts. The store is clean and well organized. The associates are friendly, courteous and quick to answer questions. The overall shopping experience was not only productive, it was quickly effecient!

The employee's are so helpful. If they see you looking for something, the ask if they can help you! So different from other stores where you can NEVER find anyone to help you!

The great people at Home Depot in Marble Falls are super helpful, kind and knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond all that I needed for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. We live an hour away but it was worth the driving to have Karen Wagner, Chris Christina, and Rita Morrelli on my team!

A lot of the personnel in the store are not knowledgeable in their respective departments. They are more interested in chatting with each other about what's going on in so and so's life, or on their cell phones. I know complaints have been made in the past, but it doesn't seem like it makes any difference. Management has been rude, when they can be found. And most of the time they cannot be found, and do not answer their pages or phone calls. The store manager, a female, seems to be the only member of management who cares about the customer who comes in and is having a hard time.

Well located within Its service area. Large range of merchandise with excellent arrangement and labeling. All store very clean. employees knowledgeable and helpful. Well lighted after dark and more than adequate parking.

For a smaller store, it has a good selection of items that are not found at other nearby retailers. Cashiers are friendly, floor help is real busy all the time so be patient. Prodesk help is not as friendly as they could be, but they get things done eventually. I just think that the store is too small for an area that is growing so fast.
