AWESOME customer service

Microwave died during the freeze two weeks ago. I went in and ordered thru Danielle in appliances so I could use my 10% Military Discount. Danielle found my replacement, got the order submitted quickly. She was thorough, friendly and efficient. A few days later I went in to pick up my microwave and was assisted by JRW6DYN (I failed to get her name), I inspecting for any damage. Thanks to all.

Everyone is friendly and most of the employees are knowledgeable about the industry of home repair/construction. The store is always clean and prices are very competitive for the area.

Needed to purchase a washing machine and Danielle provided excellent Customer Service. Please thank her for me. Washer has been delivered and installed and it working great.

I love this store, it is always fresh and friendly with the latest things out, and the employees are glad to inform you of items that are on clearance or on sale with you are shopping for a particular thing. Everyone is helpful and never long lines to wait in...

Mgr Robert has the worst customer service skills!!

train your associates have less standing around and teach them to sell. open registers instead of self checkout. You just lost my large sell for today.

Don't buy anything that requires installation.

I had an issue with a product that I had bought at the Marble Falls store and the item was still under warranty. The store took care of me and I will do most of my shopping for home items at this store Thanks to the great workers at this Home Depot store Marvin

Went to this store today to purchase a step ladder, the ladders they had were filthy, and covered in bird poop. I went to the cashier Michael, and asked him if he could clean it off so I could put it in my car, and he refused, I asked for a discount and he again refused, and told me to my face, if I didnt like it or had a problem, go talk to his Mgr. Jamie... what a rude individual, he needs to be fired. I've got to go now. I have to clean the brand new step ladder I just bought, because it is way too filthy to bring into my house around my kids.. I wont be going back to this Home Depot again... Hopefully Jamie fires him. If that's a real person.

Horrible Customer Service desk! Order Desk people don't know what they're doing. You'd do better to order online or call the 800 number. Generally, the floor workers are helpful -- if you can find one. But if you need help with a heavy item... well, good luck.

Marble Falls staff were discourteous when inquiring about Veterans discount but the entire chain needs to get there act together and offer the discount to Veterans especially when you are told you couldn't place a $1,000 order on line you had t go to the store and get your Veterans discount, which wasn't honored.

Awesome customer service!

Normally have great service and shopping experience. However today I picked up to shelve units that were an absolutely dismal shape cardboard Box was literally falling apart and they looked at me and said oh well we can't do anything about it. So now I'm having to remove rust prime and repaint a shelf that I bought with 0 discount on it.

I was very pleased with assistance that was given to find a product that my husband had been told in other stores that it was not available in the USA and would have to be ordered by someone that could get it from France. It was a bulb that had no identifying numbers. The Home Depot clerk took the old bulb I had and compared it to many similar bulbs in stock and found a match. It had no number on it or the packaging either but she wrote the Home Depot identifying number on a card for me so I could return it or buy more. I brought the bulb home and it works perfectly. The store was neat and clean and associates were nearby all over the store to answer questions and direct to the correct aislesl

Great staff (thanks Alma), great selection and the depth of rental equipment is top notch.
