Employers help you a lot to find what your looking for

You have more employees wondering in the shore than employees engaging with customers. Product knowledge does not exist in this store. The managers should be competent to train these people.

Every time I have shopped at this store I have been satisfied with product and service at this store. Bee Cave is closer to me but the extra drive is worth the time

All 3 associates in appliances were very helpful and very pleasant.

Great service and selection

It is a disgrace that corporate has removed all live checkers. I personally shop less at HD stores. I only really stop since it is a little closer. The managers at this store have lied and promised to always have an open live register.

ONE OF THE FINEST RETAIL STORES OF ANY KIND I'VE EVER SHOPPED. I DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE THE SELF CHECKOUTS, BUT A CLERK IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP IT GO AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE.

James in garden is very helpful

James in the garden area is very knowledgeable about plants for our area, especially deer resistant plants which we in Horseshoe Bay need. If he is available, you would be lucky to get him to help you.

Home Depot is Marble Falls hometown store. You get to know the employees in the departments, you see people from your neighborhood. they get busy but you can most often find someone to help.

Frequently has no employee to help customers in electrical or other departments where one needs to ask questions about a product. Frequently does not have cashiers at main checkout stations; only at self-check, which I hate, because I'm not computer savvy. I have heard someone who must have been a manager berate an employee in front of customers. This should always be done in private. Very unsettling. I've been standing in line waiting for service and was able to overhear employees tell jokes, their kids' activities or antics, gossip to one another,etc., ignoring the fact that customers are there and have ears. Not professional. Focus should be on the customer in front of them, not each other. Small talk with the customer is good--makes them feel valued. Being ignored while they talk to each other makes me feel invisible until I take out my money.

Great store and outstanding employees who are ready and willing to assist with your home improvement needs. Store is very clean and items were easy to locate. Every associate I encountered offered assistance in locating what I was looking for although I did not need their assistance. Keep up the great work Marble Falls Home Depot.

If they employees don't have an answer for a product they get it as quick as possible. I wouldn't go elsewhere as Home Depot feels like a small city with smiles and great assistance which is usually needed every time I go in!

I love the employees at Home Depo! They know when you walk into the store you usually have a product in mind. They help find what your looking for and answer any questions you have to choose the right product and you get your business done fast. Time is money and they respect that!

My Husband & I did some projects at My Parents house, the staff & the store was very nice clean and employ's were very helpful, We do not live in this area our Area is Around College Station Texas, seems that your store had a lot more mature helpful people and we enjoyed our shopping experience

Every time I shop there, I am first greeted upon entering the store. There is always someone nearby to help me find what I'm looking for. This is perhaps the best retail store I've ever shopped.

Very helpful store employees... friendly, approachable... will TAKE you to the department you’re looking for & find someone to assist you if you need help finding something in particular or just piint out the area you’re looking for. Always a pleasant experience!

Employees in theChristmas section were great!

A hometown Home Depot who understand the needs of the people they serve. I always know I can find what I need and someone to answer my dumb questions.

Went to look for fruit trees and was helped by Mitzi, in Home and Garden. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right trees. Also explained how to plant and where to plant in the yard.

As a retiree with no carpentry experience, I almost always need help in finding items in a huge store like Home Depot. I may not know what particular items used in maintenance for my home are called, but I can describe them. Employees at this store are always patient, professional, cheerful. They don't just say "It's over in Aisle Whatever." They go with me to find the item, making a huge difference in my comfort level when I'm looking for something like an unusual light bulb. The plants I have bought from this store are always healthy and thriving -- no bugs or fungi. Everything is clean.

If you need plants and knowledge of same you must talk to BETTY in the gardening area. She is great!

This store is well organized & clean. The employees are very nice & helpful, also knowledgeable. I would recommend shopping at Home Depot in Marble Falls for all needs that can be supplied there.
