I will say this store has several nice employees. Fox was very helpful and he answered all of our questions. Helped us load the door on the cart.

I have never left this store without finding what I have been in need of. Employees are always willing to help and very informative.

Gavin at the service desk was so competent, considerate, and helpful. We had an issue and he solved it! He went above and beyond in being helpful! Had our paint brought up to the front desk for pick up.

I love Hone Depot! Whenever I have a question , there is always someone near by to help me.

The staff went beyond the call of duty and helped me find the right product and aided in my obtaining a discount on top of it all!

I have shopped at the Mattoon store for several years and their customer service has increased tenfold. We were shopping the other night and the employees were not only nice and polite but super helpful!

The customer service here is by far the best. Every worker that walks by asks if I need help. Good customer service goes a long way and makes me want to come back. The mobile app makes it really easy to find what I’m looking for. It would be a 5 star rating if I could get service In the back of the store for the mobile app.

I will be buying my flooring there after the holidays

Bad service was sent from one end to the other looking for items not even in stock. Charged for a replcement plan did not want.

We have been doing a bathroom remodel and we have found our paint, shower plumbing in store and our flooring online. All the staff have been helpful and friendly. Kim in paint was very helpful explaining the different finishes and how to pick one that is easy to clean. The young man who checked us out was friendly and wished us to have a good evening.We have had very great experiences at the Mattoon IL Home Depot and are thankful to have them so near!

Abbi Hinton provided us with great customer service! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly! Our cashier Elaina was friendly and knowledgeable too Both assets to your store plz let them know they are doing a super job! We travel 30+ miles to this store as we don’t have one in our town

Garden center had healthy thriving plants, plenty of products available for sale, employees helped me find what I need.

This is a very friendly store to navigate in. Signs are up and very visible so you do not have to waste time looking for what you came in to purchase. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. We enjoy shopping here.

This is a very nice store, with a nice selection of gardening and other items for sale.

Marissa, Avani, and Austin were top-notch and very generous in their assistance! I needed help loading and unloading front doors onto my cart and into my vehicle. They were more than happy to help and went above and beyond! Thanks!

The store is very clean, the employees all wear masks, follow safety protocols with forklifts, lifting items etc, and cashiers were diligently cleaning checkouts. All employees are very kind and knowledgeable, if they don't know the answer they always know who to find to get the answer. Unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to find an employee to ask.

I am always happy when the employees smile as they ask you if they can help you. They seem to care and are happy you are there, even if you are just looking around.

Dale in the plumbing section is knowledgeable and knows customer service.

I don't like a salesman questioning my ability to read a box and know what parts should be included. To tell me these parts are not included when the box states included in the box are the following. I'm just in a bad mood as I purchased a tankless water heater, went home tore the old tank out , just to find several parts missing from the box. I should have looked to see if the box had been opened.

Employees were friendly and knew where products were located in store. Had a little trouble when asked specific questions about a product or some special promotions.

The people give off a great vibe
