Excellent store. Well stocked and managed. Manager is on the floor and available. Associates ( long term) are not friendly. You have to overlook

Today on my lunch hour Connie in customer service was delightful and highly effective. She saw me standing near lawnmowers and asked if she could help me. She got other Associates to help move the heavy Honda lawnmower box to the cart and eventually unload it into my Honda CR-V. She said I could get $50 off the purchase price by opening and using a credit card account, so I did. Connie encouraged me to enjoy my new Honda lawnmower and beautiful day. I told Connie she is very good at what she does.

I would only recommend going to this store if you absolutely won’t need any help at all. If you think you may help getting something down or asking where something is you should go to a different store. When I asked for help, I got an attitude from the self checkout attendant even though I was not at all rude. This is the second time going to this Home Depot location that I’ve not been asked or given any help. Apparently I am invisible to all the staff. I will say though that the cashier named Logan was the only friendly employee and he actually asked if I needed help getting my osb out to my vehicle. At that point I was irate so I declined his help but I do appreciate him being the only one to offer.

I am remolding a 115 year old house slowly and am able to get what I need and at a good price. Mark is a great manager and his staff is always very friendly and helpful. Makes it fun to spend money.

Cashier Jeanne is the best associate this store has. She treats you like family, and is interested in helping you make your projects 100% complete.

Leah assisted me in every aspect of finding what I needed and in purchasing those items. Very knowledgeable and warmly professional. Then Greg was there to help me load things into my van. Again courteous and professional.

Store is very organized. Sales people are great. Bought Washer and gas dryer. Were not in stock but purchased them and they were delivered about two weeks later. It was on the date they gave me for delivery date. Covid has things back up. Not the stores fault. Just purchased a frig and gas stove. Had to pay up front and they will be delivered in about three weeks. They were both on sale so I don’t mind waiting.

Need help so I asked an employee and he immediately knew what I was talking about and sent me right to the item.

The employees helped us understand the deals for power tools to find what was affordable for us and had everything we wanted!

we brose and shop there often. we find what we need. if the dont have want we want we order it from them. ne problems with that. we just glad we have a hope depot in our towm . thenk you

was told my toilets would be taken out and reinstalled with new flooring installation then was called a day later after i made the purchase they could not do that. rip off!!!

Store was very clean and neat. Employees were very helpful ! Customer service desk persons were outstanding! It's very clear to see that customer satisfaction is number one priority!!

Usually when we shop here, it is difficult to locate any employees on the sales floor to help us find specific items. However, the cashier we encountered (Olivia) was wonderful and kind.

My husband and I would recommend the Mount Pleasant store for your home needs. We encountered friendly, informed sales associates. Thank you for helping make our refrigerator purchase a good experience.

Some younger college students may not be very knowledgeable, but overall the store carries an excellent spirit of teamwork and service!
