Don’t go to this store if you are looking for associates to go out of their way to help you. That is a very foreign concept at this location.

We are working on a tile shower at home, our first experience with a tile surround. I have been store to store, using google, trying to find knowledge of products that are needed for our project. We kept receiving "well...this should work." When we went to the Home Depot in Mount Pleasant, MI Nicole was amazing! She took the time to listen, answer, and explain the products she was recommending! She is such an asset to Home Depot, I wish more of the employees knew their department like she does!!!

Enjoy shopping at Mt. Pleasant store as they have a ready supply of products, store is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Employees have a bad attitude after talking with the manager he too has a bad attitude.

We ran into a situation checking out, and the cashier Jeanne from the mount pleasant location was super nice, friendly and helped us out with our problem. Very nice store and very nice employees.

With state mandated 'stay home' having just lifted, this store and its employees were somewhat overwhelmed with business. We appreciated the manager, Mark, who helped us get a heavy item off the shelf and out to our car.

Our cashier and the person at the customer service desk were so incredibly rude that we will not shop this location again.

My "go to" store because when I am looking for what I need they usually have it and I only need to make one trip and not have to shop at another home improvement store to get the rest of my list....

Great store with great service. I used the curbside and ordered on line. I received everything I ordered which is greatly appreciated. The associates who assisted me on more than one order and more than one pick up were efficient, professional, and cheerful all of which eased my anxiety. I am 4 times more at risk due to medical issues and I felt this store did a great job taking care of me like I was a family member that they liked!! Thank you!!

Mt. Pleasant Home Depot and the staff are awesome. Every time I go into the store, the staff are so friendly and they know their business when you need help with something. The store itself has a pretty good stock of items for you to look at. Sometimes I just go and snoop around to see what they have new in the store. Fun to shop at Home Depot!!!

MT P Home Depot has knowledgable employees who are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I’m there so often I have become friends with several store employees. I enjoy going there.

The store was clean and well stocked. Prices were on 99% of the items we saw in the store, and there were some great prices. The employees were also friendly and very helpful.

Dealt with several employees prior to making my final purchase and ALL were fantastic! Kudos to Home Depot for their customer service and training of employees. Those I dealt with knew their departments extremely well and were extremely helpful.

Cheryl R & her Manager were the absolute best at getting things accomplished that I needed & wanted done. I cannot speak & they were amazing in serving me, their customer. Both went well above & beyond what most would have to accommodate my needs. Great Employees indeed! I do wish there had been more electric stove brands in store to really see & touch.
