Friendly staff that know where to find things.

Mickey is great. The blond that approaches us EVERY time about "saving us. . . is annoying!

The store was clean and friendly employees a great place to shop good low pricing compared to other stores thank you found what I was looking for.

This store has consistently kept a good supply of the building materials I frequently need for my home remodeling business. All areas of the store always have a person who either knows how to help you, or knows how to find someone who can and will.

Lack of employees. Not knowledgeable when I did finally get assistance. Product was in stock but not on shelves. Very long wait time after being sent back and forth across the store multiple times by customer service. Major waste of my time.

The staff always goes over and above for us and today's visit was no exception. Cheryl in appliances scheduled our new dishwasher deliver to fit my busy schedule. Home delivery free!

Everyone was very helpful- from the store manager to the associate Jenn. We were treated very well and received good prices for the products we purchased.

I ordered some flooring for my cabin they figured the pieces out to the box it shipped early and pickup was fast.

I am remodeling my house so I make several visits a week. Sometimes several visits a day. Mark runs a great store. The products I am looking for are there and well stocked. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My favorite check out person is Bonnie, she makes my day every time I am in.

The Mount Pleasant staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I have had great success with getting the assistance required to find what I want and get suggestions I am looking for.

The carpet experience was a nightmare! They double charged us, ordered wrong stuff, were over 2 weeks late on install and were at our house till past midnight installing ( when they finally did)! They were a complete joke and made excuse after excuse! Gave me a measly 200 dollar credit and that was a hassle too! Tristen at front desk was rude! We asked to talk to a manager and she said that she was the manager on duty!!! What a joke! Will never use Home Depot or recommend Home Depot to anyone ! Our friends used them inDecember and dealt with the same issues!!

Love this store. My husband is disabled and your electric chairs are always charged ready to go. Your staff are very proffesional and helpful in all departments. Keep up the good work Managers.

Great store and amazing kitchen and bath people

The store was clean and employees were friendly and courteous, but did not seem to agree on store policy. Also, their advertisement is misleading when saying they give military discount as this does NOT apply on some name brand items. (I found this out when purchasing a lawn mower.)

Laurein, a Design Consultant, couldn't have been more helpful! She was patient, understanding, helpful, and professional while we took our time (several months!) planning for, picking out, and purchasing new kitchen countertops. We really appreciated her approach and service!

The store is clean and organized with easy to find and items. The paint desk is always quick about getting paint ready and I’ve never asked them a question they couldn’t answer. A+
