We always have a pleasant shopping experience at this store. Each employee we've interacted with has always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had just been to another home improvement store and got poor service and decided to try Home Depot. A salesperson immediately ask to help us. We bought all of our kitchen appliances from him that we needed for our newly renovated kitchen.

The store is always clean and organized. If you have questions the employee are always helpful to answer and assist you. It doesn't matter what department. I buy in different depts. They're always friendly. I have been shopping for the longest, and always find what I'm looking for. A

Employees are not knowledgeable on any of the items in the store. They are interact on a personal level more with other employees than customers needing help.

Easy in and out with good selection of products

I had a fantastic experience at the store today overall cleanliness is impeccable and the service from the sales cashier I believe her name was Laura at the pro desk (Said she was normally in garden Center) was just outstanding!! There was also another young man in lumber who helped me with my concrete blocks but I didn’t get his name but very polite. I normally shop at Lowe’s but the experience today has definitely helped make up my mind where I will be doing my shopping from now on. Credit to the management for the cleanliness and training keep up the good work.

This Home Depot store has employees who really cares about their customers. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers always leave the store satisfied and with a positive experience.

Our school has been hit hard with staff members testing positive for COVID. We needed a mister/fogger ASAP to help combat the virus within our school. Ashley (customer service) and Roy (manager) took the extra steps to ship the mister/fogger to our school. Ashley called and gave me up to date status report on the mister/fogger's shipment. Ashley was very kind and understanding. I wish every store had an Ashley!

Great and cheaper

The store is in a convenient location and is always neat and clean. We shop there often. The paint department did an excellent job with matching and mixing paint from a sample we had. We are painting the exterior of our home and like the color it currently is. We wanted a good match ans got it.

Ordered a large quantity of pinestraw that was delivered on time (if not ahead of schedule), Placed exactly where we needed with moffit, and extremely kind service. Much appreciated.

Paint department team members are very helpful. Especially Chase!!

It should not be unreasonable to purchase mulch in January. I waited nearly an hour for 30 bags to come out, then it’s super old & full of cock roaches.. No regard from the associates on damaging the bags while loading either. Poor attitudes all over this place today.

Great people and service

The store only offers self service check out with hand held scanners. These are not clean and NOT Sanitary and will cause wide out break of flu, colds and other diseases. This is disgusting!!!
