I had a great experience at this store!! I found everything I needed for my fence fixing project and was able to check out quickly! I will surely return to this location for future home improvement needs.

They lost a special order for an extension ladder. It had to be reordered and took a month to get here. Then I placed an order on a Friday morning to be picked up by my contractor on Monday morning. It wasn’t ready and my contractor had to sit and wait for Home Depot to do their job while my contractor charged me $185 and hour! The service is a joke.

Always greeted at the front door. Customer service is 100% in most departments I shop in, employees know where things are, and mostly know what you need with a brief discussion!

THE MANAGER DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE NEEDS TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL!!!

Great customer service. The employees seem to all have a wonderful attitude especially when you interrupt them to ask a question. Very clean, well stocked store and I like to go and just see what all they have on the shelves. I get all kinds of ideas for projects this way!!

I was very thankful for the help I received in the cabinetry and kitchen design department. The employees themselves during the process were very helpful. However, I was not satisfied with my experience dealing with Home Depot. They did not treat me right or try to make things right. My order was wrong, as in the wrong cabinets were delivered. The cabinet order was already late by few weeks and then an additional two weeks were added. The coordination with the countertop people was not very fluid either. It will be an additional two weeks for countertops as well. Their estimate was wrong as well and after multiple mistakes they charged me extra because of their incorrect estimates. I will not return nor would I recommend any significant projects through Home Depot. I’m also hard pressed to not shop here anymore. I can get everything I need from Lowe’s just as easily.

Excellent customer service at all times. Especially Jeff in flooring! Any time I go with a question, I leave with the sense that I was a valued person and have all of the knowledge I need to complete my projects.

Have shop here many times and find them helpful. need to get better signage tho

Great store Great Location Friendly Staff always has the products I need.

Have had alot of trouble getting assistance in this store last couple of visits. My small wife had to help me load block and concrete last time cause no one could come out to help us. This time we ask one employee about getting 12ft. 6x6 post and he pointed and said they're right there and walked off. Then another employee came and ask what we were looking for and we told him. He helped us with one item on a list of twenty and walked off. Had to go up front and ask for a manager, manager was the second employee who had just walked off from us. Finally after expressing my thoughts he got us some assistance. Can't enter this without a star even though I don't feel they deserve one.

Our kids (9, 7, 4) look forward to the kids workshop each month. It’s a great way to bond with them, especially if you’re not perfectionistic about the end result! They have a new project to build each month and we’ve been going for several years. They attach this project buttons to their little HD apron and are excited to see how many they can accumulate!

Items easy to find. Love the two women that work in the garden area in the mornings. So helpful and friendly!

Our Home Depot is conveniently local and we are always able to find what we need for our many house and yard trips. Please pass along to the friendly associates that what they do MATTERS and it has an overall helpful impact on the customers that shop the store. Thank you!

HAVE USED HOME DEPOT FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, ALWAYS WELL ORGANIZED, CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO FIND ANYTHING YOU NEED AND HELP YOU GET IT AND LOAD IT FOR YOU. STORES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND PLEASANT TO SHOP AT.
