Horrible experience had my bike tire slashed while I was shoppi. Felt discriminated was followed and i'm stranded now and very upset. I don't recommend going there so rude honestly I want to cry.

I bought two sheds and they were delivered and installed the same day in a few hours! Very impressed with the quality of materials and the professionalism of the installers.

I can tell you that, above pricing and materials availability, the level of customer service I regularly receive at HD is the primary reason I keep coming back. My buisness depends on fast reliable arrival of materials to the job-site. I can assure you that I have never been let down!

We were in the plumbing department today to buy some PVC pipes for a special project..Ashley approached us to see if we needed help.....she then.proceeded to help us choose the pipes, the connectors, and cement. If that wasn't enough, she cut a number of the pipes to fit. It made our visit to Oceanside Home Depot a truly remarkable and enjoyable visit! She deserves an award!!

Consistently outstanding customer service. If I ask where an item is located, 9 out of 10 times the Home Depot employee will lead me to it. HD also has an excellent app that lets me know where, and how many, items are located by row and “bay.” Additionally, the Paint Department associates do a superb job in getting paint colors to match whatever I bring in. They’re very conscientious in getting it right.

I just built a ADU and primarily used this store they offered a material loan that made it possible to finance this place, actually thank you HD

From my initial phone call to the final moments of loading my purchase into my vehicle, Ryan, Karissa, and Freddy went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. My interaction began with Ryan, who not only checked the stock of the Husky tool chest I was interested in but also offered to physically inspect it before my arrival. His proactive approach saved me time and ensured that I had accurate information before making the trip to the store. Upon arrival, Karissa seamlessly picked up where Ryan left off, demonstrating a remarkable level of attentiveness and professionalism. She was already informed about my conversation with Ryan and swiftly coordinated with him to arrange for the necessary equipment to retrieve the item from stock. Additionally, Karissa efficiently assisted me in opening a Home Depot credit card, further enhancing the convenience of my shopping experience. Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Freddy at the front of the store, where they graciously helped me load the 500 lb. tool chest into my truck. Despite encountering a slight logistical challenge with fitting the chest into my vehicle, Ryan and Freddy's willingness to go the extra mile and assist me in renting a truck exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my encounter with Ryan, Freddy, and Karissa was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing top-notch service have not only made me a loyal customer but have also encouraged me to make the drive to this particular Home Depot location in the future. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to them and look forward to doing business with them again soon.

I wish this Home Depot had longer open hours. I prefer to visit this location before any others. Employees are very helpful. Good job to management for building an environment where employees seem to enjoy their job.

This time I was only coming for a few items later at night but my experience was lovely thanks to Michelle chatting with me and her great customer service I didn’t get to see the other gals names since they were far away but they were all nice and smiley! Great customer service compared to the one by the 78!!

This is my favorite Home Depot store in North San Diego County. I especially like how this store is organized inside.

I can always find parking and I really think this store has a better selection of the various departments they service, appliances, tile and carpet choices definitely masonry products I am always inspired when I come to this store all the staff is helpful and knowledgable

I like how you guys sale Power ade and other drinks at your store. Also like the snacks from there. I also last time brought household cleaning products like toilet paper, paper towels, Cascade

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to safely exit the parking lot at store #1018, with all the bushes and shrubs that now block your view from the left.

I bought some loose hardware and the associate checking me out did not know how to enter the right info into the system. I waited 30mins to get checked out while she was figuring out how to enter the right code to properly ring me up.

Every employee comes off as cranky and unwilling to assist. I needed something unlocked from the tool section. There was a clique of three employees having a personal conversation just outside of the area. I stood for a moment to wait for one to offer to help. One finally looked at me and asked what I needed. The other two kept their backs turned to me. Once I said I needed a cabinet unlocked and a tool one immediately said "Well, I'm going home." He walked away and left me there with two employees. One audibly sighed and went to unlock the cabinet. It's just odd that they treat me like crap when I'm there. Not only that, but their aisles are always filled with forklifts, carts with merchandise (go backs) blocking the shelves, ladders and stairs. It's generally unsafe to shop there.
