Great Store Great Service!

I enjoy shopping at the N. Oceanside Home Depot staff is friendly always willing to help. Fabiola, Yun, Debra, Isabella, Ana are the friendliest cashiers and it’s always a pleasure speaking to them, they have positive attitudes and are always willing to help.

Cashier Ana Osuna took the time to guide me through the Home Depot app and show me how to see Do-It-Yourself (DIY) videos. These DIY videos had all the information I needed, including items to successfully complete my projects. Thanks to Ana's patience and drive to provide an EXCELLENT customer experience, I feel much more comfortable tackling my project! Thanks Ana!

I purchased a HUGE avocado tree from Home Depot in North Oceanside today. So many plants and trees with lots of choices! AND great customer service! This HD in north Oceanside has the best plants and trees more than anywhere else in North County!

The app save a ton of time in locating what I’m looking for. Also, their paint department is the best for matching colors and selling the best quality paint that I ever used in my home. I never met an employee that I didn’t like, which is unusual in retail stores. Ok, there was one exception, but he worked at a different store.

This store has to be the worst hone depot I have been to. Prices on the shelf consistently do not match to what scans and employees act like yiu are steeling from them when you bring it up.

I received Great Customer Service from Yun the Cashier. Super Friendly and very Helpful. Great product. Thank you.

This experience this past week confirms that this is my favorite building materials store. I am an addict for home improvement items and this is my base.

bought this nexgrill after returning a weber at another store where they did not understand what we needed. Dave knew the products and how to use them to fit our needs.

I bought a toilet bowl which didn't fit as the height didn't fit because of a ledge on top. Salesperson should not have sold me the product without questions like height. I saw the approach between the employee at the Vista Way and the Mission stores.

Love that everybody is approachable and friendly at this store! Cashier Yun was great!

Every employee I asked for help was super kind & efficient! From now on I’ll drive a little further to go to this store instead of Lowe’s.

Best shopping experience I had with Home Depot! Great customer service at the Pro Desk as well as the other employees I needed throughout the store.

If you need paint this is the place... they get it mixed fast, help with the various types of paint so you get the right stuff, and even when there is a line they get you mixed and out. The people in the store are always available for help BUT more importantly they know when to leave you alone and let you shop. I've used key machines and had keys made at ACE and the only place every key I ever got worked properly was here. Cashiers know their stuff and unmarked items are handled fast. Always parking available and load help when you want it.

Store 89 on HWY 76 oceanside...............Why do you bother to have a PRO desk ?? I asked PHILL at the desk if i can check out with him at the PRO dsek ...Phill says.....OH i only do Phone orders .............What kind of RUDE associates do you HIRE ??? REALLY !!!! You can not do Phone sales and PRO accounts...........Well I AM going back to Anaheim # 6647 on Brookhurst !! They are polite and can handle Pro ACCOUNTS AND little tiny phone orders !!!

I went to the store looking for a (heavily-discounted) "clearance" item that the computer showed that they had 4 available. An employee saw me looking around and offered help. I told him about what I was looking for and he helped me look even getting his manager involved. I was looking with the manager while the employee went off to look elsewhere and couldn't locate it. The employee returned stating that he couldn't find it in that other place. Now, the manager offered me a discount on a "custom" bundle (piecing together a couple of similar, individual pieces that resembled the kit that I was searching for) and I certainly appreciated that. The next day, I look again online and NOW THERE'S 2 AVAILABLE! So, either they found the items (after doing an "inventory" and adjusting the in-stock total of 2) and/or (as I suspect) the employee grabbed a couple and set them aside for themselves! I called the store immediately and they said that none were available... What?! If 2 were found during an inventory, then where are they? Again, that has to mean that employees are setting it aside--right? That also means that they lied to me.

The store has the item I needed that was available as posted on the HD site.

Purchased a sink garbage disposal and asked for a referral for a plumber. I was given the number for ARS RESCUE ROOTER SD. First appt. the plumber was a no show. Second appt. I decided to wait and the plumber, Marino, was an hour and a half late. He told me the Moen I purchased wouldn't fit, but he had one in his truck that would work. He wanted to charge me $635!!! I refused and he left. I went back to the store, got a different disposal, and paid at the store $179 for the installation. I thought I was getting a different company. To my surprise when I was called to schedule the installation it was ARS. Moral of story - pay for install at Home Depot or ARS will try to rip you off.

The customer service was great the place was neat and clean it was organize lots of products every time I go in I buy and I’ve been here four times and used to go to the one in Temecula I will no longer go to the one in Temecula I will be going here for now on this is my fourth time in one month love it

I typically get great customer service at this store. My favorite department is the paint department as I frequent there often. I get great service from most everyone there. My favorite person is Reanna because she works hard to get my paint matches spot on.

Great store and staff!! Jess at the paint booth was superb. You didn’t have a 5 gallon bucket of the darker Behr Ultra paint that I was looking for so she had to be five 1 gallon cans. And some customers would be upset with this but I wasn’t and understand completely about inventory/supply/demand especially this past year. Jess is a gem and don’t let her get away!!
