I bought two pieces of furniture online. The furniture had a terrible chemical smell. I contacted the online 800 support and was told I could not return the furniture. They told me to clean it! I took the pieces to my local store with no hassles, only respect, they took the items with a full refund! I won't be buying from the Home Depot online from here on out, only in the store!

I went to the N. Oceanside store to buy supplies for a home improvement project. They had everything I needed and were so helpful in getting the heavy items I had purchased into the truck I rented from them. The cashier that check me out was very friendly and made it a pleasant trip. Thanks Home Depot , Pat

I never in my life saw such a manager dressed in a provocative shirt I was so disturbed by seeing a home depot Manager the other day with such a revealing shirt I saw her entire backside, bra included. A light blue see through shirt with a white bra only way i knew what colored bra is cause I could see her entire bra Frances was her name I believe what has happened to home depot that they would allow not only this manager who is suppose to be a role model dress in this attire not professional. This isn't cute you are a grown woman come to work professionally you are representing a big company

I purchased many boxes of flooring planks with my Home Depot Credit Card. Several months after the project was done, I procrastinated returning three unused boxes of flooring planks. When I got around to doing it, I had no receipt. But when I presented the boxes to the return clerk, she just had me slide the Home Depot credit card in the machine, scanned the boxes and instantly the credit showed up on my card. The entire process took less than 2 minutes. It was so easy.

Had planned a project at my home, the online system at Home Depot showed the items were available, unfortunately that was not the case. Had to make another trip to another Home Depot to get what I needed.

Got a rebate for my thermostat

Its just the best, most organized and navigate-able store layout, always merchandised well, and most importantly the staff is the friendliest who treat you like family. I refuse to shop at any other store especially oceanside.

The employees helped me pick a room air conditioner, and when I thought I had a missing part, they bent over backward to get me a replacement. Later I found the part and returned it, and they were very courteous again.

Exceptional service. Chris offered his help to load my car with my purchase without my asking. Thank you Chris!

Really good location, right off the freeway, friendly employees, store is always clean, can't believe how clean they keep their restrooms especially for the amount of people that go there, food markets don't do that.

hey Siri, my favorite Homedepot I come here for work and from my house everyone is so knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. If they don’t have something in stock, they always find it for me.

This is my favorite HD to go to. Smaller, but still has everything I need. Not too busy or over crowded.

I was able to ask a very smart person in plumbing what I needed. Jennifer directed me to the correct aisle and I made my purchase in a flash.

Mr. Lance was there to help when another one of the staff said they wouldn’t help. This store needs people like mr. Lance, the world does too. I’ll be back to this location just because of him.

The HD app makes the store easy to navigate. Also, the clerks always say thank you instead of “there you go,” or, “have a nice one.”

Today, we went to home depot to look for a faucet fixture. Marvin was very helpful in helping us find a few items as well as walking us over to where we needed to go for what we went there for the faucet fixture.

Kelly and Michaia were so awesome. They really did get us the best deal on top of the already special pricing. If you're looking to save money please ask to see them!

Customer service is on point

Person at Self Check out was rude and tried to shame me because she was making minimum wage!! Terrible!

From the second you walk into this location you’re greeted by the wonderful staff at customer service. Every single employee in the store is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of their way to help. It’s like night and day from even six months ago. I used to avoid this location, now I stop in several times a week for things I need. Great turnaround!

This Home Depot has really gotten much better with customer service since 2020. Their weekday employees are always professional and knowledgeable. Weekend paint department... not so much. The store is always clean and often well-stocked. Customer service employees are kind, funny and always a pleasure to interact with, whenever we need them.
