The associates at the customer service desk were helpful, courteous and efficient.

I am in this Home Depot so often I know many folks by sight and several by name. April is my go to person for cutting blinds. Evelyn, Rachel and Judy are always pleasant at check out. This visit it was Marcus in lumber who helped me again! I like his work so much that I waited 45 minutes for his shift to start just so he could assist me with cutting lumber.

John in plumbing is helpful!

Great employees, great neighborhood location, if only their self check outs all accepted cash too and not just credit card payments one some this store would be perfect.

The store was well kept, friendly staff and had a great selcetion. The front of store attendant, June, was very polite, friendly and was quick to ask if found everything.

Linsey, the person who helped me went out of her way to make sure I understood the options for the project I was doing (separating a doorway with a window covering). She showed me many options and asked me to follow her to a place where I could see how one particular item worked and it turned out to be the perfect solution. She was kind, interested and was very professional and knew her job. She actually cared that I got what I needed and this is so hard to find 'these days'. Thank you, Linsey

The store is clean and well organized. I was able to locate the products that I was shopping for very easily. In fact, one advertised item was prominently displayed in full view. Another item was that I had checked for availability online was easy to locate as well.

Always greeted as I walk into your store! Employees are always helpful! Your keys never work when I get them made. I always have to go to another place to get extra keys made.

Geraldo Garcia helped me determine the right size pvc pipe and T-joints I needed to make my project. He helped me cut the pipe into the sizes I needed for the project. What a helpful employee!

I really have good luck when I come to shop at The Home Depot #1018 in Oceanside Today I really needed help because I recently had an injury and I was feeling pretty good to come and see if I could find ideas for my new kitchen we are remodeling. I found everything I need and Michael in Lumber was kind enough to put everything into my cart for me and also load my van.

I just cancelled my order because it was supposed to be delivered Saturday around noon. It was then changed to 3 to 3:30 I called to check up on the order it was changed to Monday first thing in the morning again mail delivery Monday I called to check up again it was changed to Tuesday I get a call at the end of the day telling me it was changed to Thursday and at this point I canceled my order. Bottom line if you're going to order from this Home Depot make sure you give yourself plenty of time.

Have used store 1018 in N. Oceanside for over 15 years to help supply my contracting company with the supplies needed. It's stocked well and has many long term experienced associates to go to for help and advice. All departments satisfy our daily needs to run our remodeling projects.

Great customer service thru out the store.

This store is always clean, typically very well stocked and as a woman, usually out of her comfort zone, I have always received extremely helpful assistance and usually even learn something in the process. An old dog CAN learn new tricks.
