Mark in Lawn Equipment, was very helpful. Entire staff was courteous and quick to assist. Barely any assembly required and started on the first pull.

I would like to acknowledge and give commendation to commendation to MITCH! He is such a hard worker, and he is very knowledgeable about the plants that I asked him! I wanted to attract butterflies in my yard, and he helped me pick the right plant. I am very happy that he was very helpful. Thank you Mitch. Home Depot should hire more people like you! the customer experience from them was outstanding

Don't waste your time. The online website advertises Absolute Red Shredded Pine Mulch. When you go to pick it up, it ISN'T Absolute Red. It is just regular mulch. The pictures online do NOT match what is available in the store.

I love Home Depot and the helpful employees always willing to help me find something, load something or just greet me and make me feel appreciated as a customer. Flo was my cashier today and was very friendly. Cashiers here are friendly.

Every time I visit this store, the employees are courteous and helpful. Even if they don’t have what I am looking for, the shopping experience is good.

I was asked more than once if I needed help as I wandered the store. The second time I did need help and the employee quickly helped me find what I needed which was several isles over. He walked with me to make sure it was indeed what I needed and to make sure I didn't need help with anything else.

The freezer is the item be recently bought. The men that delivered it were very careful as they put it in the garage. They were also very nice. We are happy with our purchase.

I really love this HD. I get great service every time I go there. They have several long time employees that are wonderful. Angela in garden helped me on my last trip. She was awesome. Found what I needed, helped my load it and all with a wonderful attitude.

I guess my biggest complaint would be they don’t sell groceries. This is the best stocked, clean, organized and most knowledgeable and friendly sales associates I’ve experienced at a Home Depot I can recall visiting.

I'll admit I haven't bought much from Home Depot in recent years due to poor experiences at another store. I have since moved and have made a few visits to this location and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Prices seem to be in line with the other "big box" stores. I will shop more at this location in the future.

they need help on the floor

I should just expect to go into your HD and fin for myself! No Customer Service what so ever! Was in there for over an hour and not a single employee offered any help! And the cashier couldn't even count properly! Why do you even have such employees there! They are not there to help your business prosper!

Laura Thomas is a STELLAR EMPLOYEE. What a renewal of faith after dealing with someone like her. Great customer service and great attitude. Very empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond today's standards!

Every time I walk into Home Depot I am always greeted. When my son's are with me everyone interacts with them and listens to what they say. As we are leave I am always told to have a great day and thank you for shopping at home depot.

they all seem to care about what ever project im working on and they all help....from the manager to the cash ier at self checkout....everyone at my store on nine mile cares ...i feel it every time i go

I have been shopping at the store six years. Very seldom do I go in the store and not find what I’m looking for. I have yet to encounter a disgruntled employee.
