2 hours before store closing, they closed off the main entrance into the store. The only way in was to walk through the customers standing in the return line. The employees thought this was very funny and were laughing at us while we did this.

I bought the brushless 40V Gen II Ryobi grass trimmer and multi attachments to the grass trimmer. Pole saw and clippers were great.

Today while in Home Depot DeAndra made our trip extra Special and welcoming. Bonus is that the Store is Very stocked and well organized. Thank you all.

I shop at this particular store because of the most friendly staff and the material is always stocked up right along with the cleanest store I have ever been in thanks again home Depot and see you next time

I’ve been shopping there a long time and every time I go each associate that works there is always very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to walk the entire store with you if necessary to help you find what you need. Denise the cashier is just a joy to check out with she always has a smile a good conversation and it’s just very friendly

Visited paint dept. Employee at paint desk was very polite, patient and helpful. We got the products she recommended after educating us on project we were doing. Yes we know companies frown on employees that don't rush thru customers and multi-task. We enjoyed our experience this time.

Was asked by several employees if they could help, which they did. Paint Dept ladies where very helpful and gave good advice. Brianna (flooring) went out of her way to search & check stock so I could get what I needed. Renovating our house, so this will be our new go to store.

The store employees very nice

Everyone we spoke to was very kind. We order counter tops and the lady that help us was very knowledgeable with every question we asked. We live in alabama but would rather shop at this location. Every time we come it’s great experience

I can’t rate the employees because in at least the last 6-7 visits I’ve made, I can’t get any of them to condescend to speak to me, much less get assistance. On my most recent trip, I spend a solid half hour trying to find someone to cut some lumber for me. Never happened. Employees actively avoided me. Inwas just standing by the saw, clearly in need of assistance and they kept breezing by. In other occasions, I’ve been unable to get help from plumbing and gardening. Usually, Home Depot’s are staffed with outgoing or at least cordial people. This is the only one I’ve found that is almost void of that. I will say that the tool rental staff is top notch. That’s the only saving grace of this store.

I won’t return to this store for paint again. Krishna was rude and not helpful at all. I’ll go to a different Home Depot but will not return here. Shame on the poor customer service represented by this employee

i love Home Depot, i find everything i need for anything i have to do.

This shopping experience was the most superior of any I have had lately. The two employees who assisted me with my purchase went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure I was pleased with the product. They are truly an asset to this store and the whole Home Depot organization.

Shopping there on regular basis and as for the good products, their price are good too. But it’s saddens me that for years none of the management doesn’t seem to worry about their cashiers working outside. Why don’t u build them a cover from cold and wind? Next door are doing much better job. Shame on u!

First, I went to the a blue store which is right next door to this Home Depot on nine mile rd and did not have a positive experience. The employees at the blue store were not helpful and friendly. They told me they couldn't cut the 20 ft PVC in 10 small pieces for my DIY backdrop; however, Home Depot did exactly what I needed in less than 10-15 min. Daniel Reish was an absolute pleasure. Daniel was super helpful and friendly. He measured and cut the PVC pieces plus picked out the tees and elbows that I needed. Also, the lady at customer serv (didn't get her name) and lady at checkout, Denise, all were super friendly. Thanks for showing how customer service is done!!!
