Horrible customer service. We try as hard as we can to avoid Home Depot, but the view times we do have to go the customer service is ALWAYS horrible.

Please recognize Beverly at the pro/service desk at the 9 mile location in Pensacola, Fl, her customer service is of the highest caliber. On Oct 7th, 2020, she revolved a issue with my order, something a cashier nor assist manger previously could not do (although they did try). She (Beverly) assured me that she would get it corrected and call me to let me know, which is exactly what she did. That is pretty much unheard of in today's time. Her customer service not only met, but went above my expectations, She deserves some type of award, pay raise, promotion, what ever you all do to recognize a employee that takes care of your customers by doing what is needed to resolve an issue and keeping her word (honesty), building confidence and trust with your customers. Just Awesome.

I am retired and been in retail over 40 years. If you need help,advice,and a associates who know there product you don"t need to go any further. You have the best right here.

I am in town visiting my aging mother and needed to do a quick fix on an item in her home. I am NOT handy, but knew what I wanted to do and kinda sorta knew what I needed...LOL This was my first visit to this location and can I just say MINDBLOWN!!! The customer service at this location is EXCEPTIONAL. There was a young man named Eraan B. ( I think I spelled it wrong) working in the lumber section...OMG....loved him. He was professional, knew what he was talking about and did not make me feel stupid because I had only a mild clue of what I needed. To top it off as he walked away to finalize the things i needed, two other employees happed to walk by each stopped to make sure I was being taken care of before moving on. Then I went to the checkout and there was an older gentleman there who just made the entire visit complete; I believe his name was Christopher, super super NICE. Again, great customer service AND my project is complete thanks to Eraan!

After recently moving to the area, I've come to appreciate this particular Home Depot store as my go-to-place for home improvement needs. The staff are readily available and eager to help. The store is always clean and organized. You can tell that management take pride in their work and influence this onto their team. I am truly impressed!

Lawn care department is always good experience. Devin and Tammy are always helpful and friendly.

This Home Depot is the best location they have in the Greater Pensacola Area, as it is conveniently located and has the BEST employees Home Depot could ever hire; they are friendly, and always helpful. The only drawback to this location is the current road construction being performed on 9 mile road, but once it is complete this store will be a little slice of heaven!

I Love Shopping At The Dtore On Nine Mile Highway Better Than Others: Didn't Have To Ask Everyone For Help, To Get Help! All Were Very Courteous! My Favorite Store!

Our cashier Samantha was helpful and pleasant. The two guys Jesse and Carlton were such a big help. They made sure how we wanted our truck loaded. Asked us if there was anything else they could help us with. I wished this store was more convenient for me to shop at all the time.

As a former Lowe’s employee I am more than qualified to “grade “ this store. I find the associates easier to find when I need assistance and seem to be more qualified or knowledgeable in their respective work areas. If questionable the associates will find or call for someone to better assist. This store is always clean and well kept. My initial visit is usually to use the restroom. This is a major grading point. The restrooms are always clean and everything is in working order. Absent are the “out of order” signs posted on urinals or commodes for days as I have observed in other stores. The Nine Mile Road location gets 5 stars from this customer.

Home Depot has a dynamic team working throughout the establishment. The store is packed with merchandise and it is well organized. There is a lot of stuff, but not to the point of sensory overload! I could walk through this store for hours and not see the same merchandise twice. The associates in the store are always ready to help. If you know what you want and the associate will walk you to the merchandise and/or tell you exactly where it is located. Amazing!

Great store and wonderful Staff especially the retired Seabee in Garden Center! He always goes out of his way to help people even not in his department!

Overall this store has employees that will take the time to acknowledge you and see if you need any help. They may not be able to at the moment but normally they indicate someone will be notified that help is needed in that section. This store has polite check out personnel and they treat you pleasantly.

In the garden center the associates where very friendly and made my shopping experience extremely pleasant. I really liked the spacing available to move around a pull cart. Found everything I needed.

Of all the home and building supply stores I have used, including other Home Depots, this one is way above. Great shopping experience time after time - and most of all, fantastic staff and personell.

Great location. Easy to access with a red light close by to regain access to 9 Mile Road. Very helpful store employees, especially the ones at the self checkout area.

I've been shopping this store for almost 2 years now and on a regular basis I receive help and am able to find items I need. I noticed that the rating on this particular store was 3.5 which is ridiculous and not deserved. When I started reading the reviews, the North Pensacola Home Depot is taking a major hit on appliance delivery which is via a 3rd party. It's a shame that the store takes the hit and not the 3rd party. The vast majority of the employees at this store are great at offering help, showing you where product is located and offering suggestions on completing projects. This is a great Home Depot. Thank you all you orange aprons!

Store had what me and my husband needed although not on the shelf, we happened to find what we needed walking by caught on display so that was a plus. Got some flooring but cashier Roxanne practicing " social distancing " kindly services the caucasian male in front of us but as we approach kindly asks us to stand 6ft away on the yellow X. Quite fine it's for our safety not hers. Meanwhile the nice young associate at the exit was at door as guard and greet and had no issues being within inches of every customer leaving. Still trying to understand the contradiction of the selective practices in place. Probably will be back or not.
