It’s always so nice to come in, the people are friendly and always ready to help. When they are in the middle of helping someone else and busy they let me know they will come back.

After our refrigerator died, we purchased a new one to be delivered in 10 days, much faster than the closest competitor. The salesperson was extremely helpful as well as the manager. Definitely will shop at Home Depot in the future.

I only went to this store because it was faster due to it being next to my home and their options are pretty limited on most things NOT tool related. The only employees there that actually seem to care about the customer or their job were the dudes at Paint, (Cameron and Jesse P.) another, different guy named Jesse and another DIFFERENT guy named Cameron. Those four guys know their stuff and actually do good.

Went in to order a new bath tub and supplies and thanks to Yvonne at the Redmond store, I found out that I was eligible for a Home Depot credit card and now I am able to make payments without any worries. I'm so excited

Need training, don't seem to understand how to pull up Customer Information, was told she would remove me from Store because she didn't know how to pull up Customer Information.

WE recently purchased a log splitter from this store and have nothing but good things to report about the employees we dealt with. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the purchase transaction to the loading and driving away. All done in a prompt, efficient manner.

So they are very friendly at this north Redmond Home Depot. But, Steve, in the plumbing department m? Not only knew the store and where to get miny list of supplies needed, randomly suggested a different type of basin wrench, this tool is amazing and the same price as the other basin wrenches…. But this tool from ridged has removable part to fit any nut AND it way easier to use! Thanks for the great help and recommendations!

Best Home Depot in my area. Extremely helpful and caring employees. Been there many times, but this last time, I came out with a better mind set do to an employee going out of his way to have me laughing and kept up great conversations about what I was making and made me completely forget I was even in a bad mood! Thanks Paul Parsons! He is great and very helpful! I will be looking for him every time I go in.

We went to get some screws and nuts. Mary in hardware went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. She is very knowledgeable.

Location. Location. Location. We live in Madras, Oregon so this store is the closest for us to shop at.

We needed to buy our first set of appliances, a washer and dryer. Turns out we knew very little about them. The staff at Home Depot, Sean in particular, were so helpful and guided us into making the right decision.

Why bother going elsewhere

I had all the windows in my home replaced and the guys Home Depot sent out did a great job. Very happy with the results. They finished the job in one day and the windows look great.

I had a worry free friendly experience.. the gentleman in the pain section was glad to retrieve vinyl from flooring for me with hesitation

HAD AN ISSUE WITH PAINT THAT THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER RESOLVED. ALTHOUGH THE RETURN CASHIER WAS UNCOOPERATIVE, ONCE WE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER, HE UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT IMMEDIATELY. PAINT DEPT MANAGER WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

This store is getting better every time I have gone there over the last few months. I enjoy going there now.

I want to say thanks to the team behind the customer service desk. A simple mistake was made last month that led to me getting the wrong Home Depot credit card. The folks at customer service at this store (most notably my cashier Cameron) worked with me for nearly two and a half hours and make things as right as possible. I truly appreciate the rffort and patience they had for me.

I have shopped at this Home Depot location for a number of years and always found staff very cordial and helpful.

Always find what I need..we drive 40 miles 1 way

I needed a specialty light bulb (yes, bulbs are not just bulbs anymore) and could not find what I wanted. The gentle giant known as Tiny explained the differences and helped me find what I needed. Now I'm going to start another project (a terrarium) using another specialty bulb. Lots more to explore when finding something new.
