Sandie was our cashier when we checked out. She was extremely friendly and made sure we found what we were looking for. If all cashiers were like her it would be more enjoyable to shop.

This store has some very friendly, knowledgeable and professional employees working there. Jeff in the tile department went over and beyond giving us great information on our future tile projects.

Levi...Store manager showed extreme concern for our needs and took awesome care of our issue. Went above and beyond addressing our issue! Kudos to Levi and his clerks for being caring and awesome representatives at this store.

Very clean & spacious. Always get assistance from very helpful, cheerful employees. this store has a very good inventory, & if something isn't available, they will go out of their way to help obtain it.

There was a diverse selection of palm/finish and orbital sanders but the display models did not have corresponding products in stock. When I'm at HomeDepot, I know what I want to buy and it's a waste of time when I can't just stop by the store and pick up what I need. Plus they charged a bag fee but didn't give me a bag!

They should understand the importance of working people as opposed to the people who are shopping for home improvement items during the stay at home orders.

During this time of the pandemic it’s so easy to feel anxious and have fear, but every time I have been at this location I have been met with kindness and patience, with the desire to help. They always remember who I am and what projects I’ve worked on. They go above and beyond to help me and for that I am thankful! Kind-hearted people who work here, exactly what we need during this time.

Excellent help people care

I went in with a large list of items I required for my new home and an associate (Jeff) stayed with me until the list was complete and I left the store with everything I needed. He was friendly, personable, and highly professional. I look forward to shopping there again.

Went to home depot for a dishwasher that was advertised at another department store and were told they were in stock, arrived there to find it would not be in stock and could not be delivered till late January, called home depot they had the dishwasher ready to be delivered on the following week and since we were there we decided to purchase a fridge, which would be delivered a few days after that, The sales guy in that department(I forgot his name) was very helpful. Well things took a turn for the worse, the dishwasher was defective, it could not be exchanged for 2 weeks, the schedule was made, when it came time for the refrigerator to be delivered, it was cancelled 25 min at the end of the delivery time. When we asked about rescheduling the delivery, the date and time did not work for us, we just said to refund our items and forget it. Well credit card company was charged for both of the appliances. It took 4 different calls to home depot store(which they would never call back) home Depot customer service line insisted we had the fridge and the dishwasher would need to be returned, ok! The schedule for pick up of the dishwasher never happened (we were home all day!!!) I was told I was being difficult and refusing to work with their schedules, well we waited twice for them all day without a word from them. Our schedule is very busy, they did not care and we were even told they were doing us a favor. We were spending quite a bit to purchase these appliances that had to be delivered, no choice. I will edit my review after I receive the refund.

Good product availability and customer service. Only reason this is not a 5 star is because the appliance department was understaffed. The person that assisted us was very knowledgeable of product and answered all of our questions.

I love this store and how friendly the people are who work there. I like the convenience of the location and the easy loading. I always feel like they are waiting for me to come, even if I am only on a "looking" trip. I work on a tight budget and shop around. I find now that going to Home Depot is the best use of my time. If I am "shopping" I am at Home Depot. Even if I do not buy at each trip, I am calculating what I need for a big shop when the time is right.

I was extremely happy and appreciative to learn that Home Depot has reinstated thier company wide veterans discount. I stopped shopping at Home Depot a long time ago due to the termination of that program. I will now make this Home Depot my first stop as thier selection is much larger than the local other options! Just in time too as I am getting ready to build a new home. Adding to my positive experience were the very helpful staff that was eager to help and knowledgable of each product that I was looking for. Very clean store and excellent organization. Well done!
