This was probably the best shopping experience I've had at Home Depot. Linda at the Pro Desk physically checked inventory to confirm qoh and got Bob involved to check the "back room" for the qty I needed. Between the two of them, they got the materials and even loaded them into my trailer while I collected the other items I needed. Linda followed through to make sure the loaded materials and some discontinued items were rung through the register at the correct prices. Anna, at the register, was helpful and friendly and topped of the visit with a positive note. Employees are typically an outward expression of management attitudes and behaviors and these three were excellent examples of great customer service. Please be sure they are commended for their efforts. Thank you!

Don’t spend your time in Bend. Drive to Redmond. The customer service and knowledge base of the service staff far exceeds the extra mileage! The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to get to off 97!

My husband and I went to Home Depot to look for patio furniture. We were approached by Levi. He helped us find exactly what we needed and more. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Store is close to home w/ good parking. Would suggest that more parking for Veterans and Police be marked out.

Ridiculous Customer Service would hint that this store new what customer service was. I can spend twenty-minutes in this store and never be asked if I needed help by an employee. Heck, I can waste several minutes looking for help and not find anyone to ask. This is a pattern, not a one time thing. Home Depot is my last ditch effort if my first choice does not have what I need and I do not like supporting the big book store. During my last visit to the store I moved a pallet with the pallet jack and crawled up on top of the pallet to pull down some garbage cans to get a lid for one I wanted to buy. There were six on the shelf and no lids anywhere, I even did the employees job and brought down a couple extras for the next customer(s). Just like I could not find anyone around to help me, no one appeared when I was doing this either. Safety issue?

While I live closer to Bend, the Redmond Home Depot store remains my favorite. The employees consistently meet, and usually exceed, my expectations. The lumber department usually has a better selection to choose from, except for maple lumber, which for some reason they don't stock.

I ordered some tools online and all the batteries I ordered were canceled without my permission. When I attempted to correct the issue, I had to wait on the phone (between the Redmond store and the 1-800 number) for an hour and a half before things were "resolved". I thought my problems were resolved, however when I arrived to the Redmond location to pick-up my batteries Sunni at the Help Desk was less than helpful. It seemed she was just trying to get me to leave the store without my stuff. I spent 20 minutes trying to tell her to check the in-store pickup room. I finally had to say "If you go to the Pick-up room (that was 10ft from her) and nothing has my name on it, I will leave your store right now...Guess what she found...my stuff...I drove 30 minutes to be treated like a complete idiot when I was right the whole time. Sunni just couldn't be bothered to walk 5 steps to see if my items, that I paid for, were there. A disgusting way to treat paying customers. I will no longer be shopping with Home Depot. Don't order anything online and pick it up in-store because all the employees will do is hassle and talk down to you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff members. Found great deals. Highly recommend stopping in.

Extremely helpful employees who make sure we got amazing black Friday deals on a Christmas tree. Went out of their way to do so. Will definitely shop here again!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW DEWALT COMPRESSOR FROM THE REDMOND HOME DEPOT STORE. THE STAFF TREATED ME WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT AND CONCERN. UNLIKE THEIR MAJOR COMPETITOR IN THE AREA , THEY TRULY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME WITH MY DECISION TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY EVEN HELPED ME LOAD IT INTO MY VEHICLE. ONCE AGAIN, HOME DEPOT "ROCKS"!

If you need help with paint find Neal. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The cashier was also super helpful when I was checking out. Everyone I encountered at this store was friendly!

I have had several poor customer service experiences at this location in Redmond. Employees have given me inaccurate information several times about where to find items I’m looking for, sending me all over the store. Wait times to checkout out are often lengthy and employees, particularly management, seem irritated and annoyed if they are called to assist with an issue at checkout. I often am inclined to visit the the store in the next neighboring city in order to have a better experience.

All in all this is a nice store, they carry most of what you are looking for. On occasion you might need to ask an employee if they carry a certain item and therein lies a problem. Some employees will be helpful while others just tell you the store doesn't carry that item. To me if an employee doesn't know if the store has it o r not, should confer with a more senior employee just to double check the item. Recently I bought an LED lighted doorbell button (made in China) and when installing it the button would not stay seated in its plastic holder; had to glue it in place. Also the 2 screws for mounting broke while attempting to mount it on wall siding with pilot holes. It did not take much pressure with the screwdriver to have them snap. one broke in the center of the screw while the other one the head broke off. Very poor quality which in my opinion can give Home Depot a bad reputation.

could not get any help in lighting,could not get help in blinds,no help in appliances was a Honorable day . i feel that there was no leadership in the store. there were carts back by screens full of product it was not new product/ freight it was rearranging of things. i will drive the extra time to shop in bend ..

Sale clerk was very rude and unprofessional....

This store’s employees need better training. They all pretend to be experts in everything but a simple google search will tell you they are clueless. Even when answering your questions, they don’t seem at all confident in their answers but will refuse to ask another employee. “I think” and “I’m pretty sure” aren’t expert responses. Let go of your little ego and admit you don’t know the answer and find someone who does. That’s real customer service. Also, allowing pets in your store becomes a problem for other customers when the dogs are so huge and unruly, obviously untrained, that they intimidate other customers. Is it going to take someone getting attacked by a dog in your store for you to change your policy?

I drive from Bend to visit the Redmond store. The staff always is super friendly and makes an effort to know your name. Today I went in to design my kitchen for my new house. I was expecting it to be difficult since my idea was a little unusual and different. However, Beverly, was completely on-board with my design and really gave me some great ideas to think about and made an effort to keep the costs down at the same time. It was a pleasure working with her and it really made the whole experience easy. I would recommend this Home Depot for anyone. I even had a really cool guy in flooring who went out of his way to see how long a certain flooring would take to be delivered. These are the reasons why you return to a store time and time again.
