Needed an exchange. We had the receipt for products to exchange. Employee Aftin was knowledgeable, professional, and handled the exchange quickly and correctly. We really appreciate the customer service!

It is always such a pleasant experience to be able to come and shop in the garden center because Candiss is always so friendly and helpful.

I shopped at the Redmond, OR Home Depot this morning. I kept hearing over the intercom about the very special Military Discount. What they didn't say is using the phone app to get the discount is a real pain in the rear. I don't remember my password so logging onto the app to get the discount is useless.

An employee told Steve in plumbing to meet me as I needed assistance. It was obvious that I was an interruption to whatever he was doing as he blew me off, and told another employee to take me to the plumbing section. When I asked that employee my questions he said I could go online and look. I told him I’d already researched online and was now in the store to see the items in person and talk to someone for more information. He said he didn’t know the answers and I should be talking to Steve. I said it was obvious that Steve had no interest in providing any information and he reluctantly agreed. A business is only as good as its customer service so I’ll be checking out other businesses that treat their customers with respect.

I love shopping at the Redmond Home Depot. They are always neat and clean and friendly.

Shelves for Stockton people were helpful and I appreciate that I've been there before and it wasn't so nice Virginia the cashier was wonderful also super festive and super bubbly and very kind

All I can say is Ginna and Kevin are amazing employees and treated me great the whole time I was there!

I purchase quite a few household items every month at Home Depot. The store employees are always friendly and if I need help they are always willing to help me find what I need.

I was looking for trims , a lot of choices, the butcher block prices very low.

An employee went way beyond the call of duty to help me in the paint department and that made it a good experience.

Train people in the basic information they need to work in a department!

Bonni made the return of our riding mower quick and easy. I could not find the original receipt, she was able to find it from my credit card and make the return painless, with a smile. What a gem, good job Home Depot.

Amazing customer service!

I found the store in very good order. Upon arrival I got a good feeling as an employee was hustling to gather shopping carts in the parking lot. From my experience what you find in the parking lot will be repeated inside the store. I found exactly the plumbing parts I needed with the help from a very knowledgable employee and upon checking out, the cashier was so positive and I even got thanked for shopping at the store.

This review is specific to your Door/Molding Dept. The first part of this process went fine. My wife and I met with Wayne (Millwork Specialist) to pick out a new front door and storm door for our home. We are in the process of painting our house and chose to add a new door to enhance the appearance and make it the crowning piece. Your contractor came out in a timely manner, and took the required measurements. Then we went back to the store to confirm our selections and place the order and made payment of $1,894.96 for the doors and installation services No. H4032-85789. All went well, then I got a call from you store letting me know the doors were available for pick-up. This is where things went wrong. After getting the doors home, I called the store for the requested installation service. An employee I spoke with assured me she would contact the installing contractor and to expect a call from them. Three business days past and not a word. Then today, I went to your store to purchase more paint and supplies. While there I stopped a the customer service desk. A very helpful employee listened to my need and request - LISTENED. Isn't that a rare thing anymore. She re-entered my service request into the system and told me to expect a call. Withing a few hours, some fellow from you store called me. He had no idea where we were in the process. I had to explain it all over again for the third time. Then he told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to contact the contractor to arrange for the installation and gave me their number. I called them; the service person LISTENED to my story and my need. She said she would have to pull my file and would call me back - which she did shortly. She seemed as bewildered as I was. She told me it was the responsibility of HOME DEPOT to contact them regarding installation. On top of that, later that afternoon I received a computer generated e-mail confirming an appointment with Wayne in your Door/Molding department. Without doubt, your staff dropped the ball and tried to pass the buck on whose responsibility it was to arrange installation. My contract is with HOME DEPOT - period. The installer (K & P Remodeling) is Home Depot's vendor - not mine. I give your store failing marks in that respect.

I've shopped this store since it opened and have always had good shopping experiences there.

This is a very friendly place to shop. Employees seem to be happy to be working in this store, and are very available on the floor to answer questions and give directions.

Natasha in the paint department deserves special recognition for her excellent service. I am painting my house and it seems like everything was wrong. When I explained my problem to her, she readily suggested a solution. She saved my $188 5-gal bucket of paint by tinting it darker to match another more suitable color. She also solved the problem of white-bleed through of the BEHR primer I was using. She tinted it gray. Natasha has an excellent grasp of colors, and an intuitive skill of mixing them. She restored my faith in your paint department, saved me at least $400 in potentially lost product, and still sold me another $188 bucket of house paint that she color matched. That is customer service at its best!

Jeff Elmore in flooring department is phenomenal in knowing which products to use and is so helpful. Highly recommend this store. Also a vendor supplier in moulding and trim happened to be stocking when I was onsite and was incredibly helpful in referring me to the right product and design.

Love this store people are their ti help you and take time with you. I give this store a 10 out of 10. Had what I needed and Jeff was very helpful.
