Quick tip, I always check if items are in stock from the home depot web site. And they always have what I need in stock.

Everyone that works at this store from the person at the door to the employees on the floor thru checkout are so friendly and helpful it makes shopping an actual pleasure. And I didn't mention returns desk and the Pro desk but everyone is the BEST.... Thanks Everyone at #3304

The people at the North Reno Store are more helpful and knowledgable than we have experienced elsewhere. We designed and purchased a kitchen here, and were very happy with the whole experience, even to the back end with the manufacturer's rep showing up to inspect the cabinets at delivery. We also enjoyed the help we got from Collin Black in the flooring department, with knowledgable answers, and quick fingers at the keyboard to find details for us.

Although this store or any store is not perfect my family and I have established a relationship at this store with numerous employees that some will bend over backwards to accommodate you and your needs. I'll always visit this store for my needs for they ALWAYS EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS, and I am hard to impress but N Reno has restored by belief in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would drive out of my way just to go to this specific Home Depot. Employees are super friendly! They always help me find what I need, and answer all of my questions. The store is really clean and the shelves seem to always be stocked.

You usually dont have enough employees for help...nor do they care. But this time when I was there on November 4, 2020, there was an exceptional employee by the name of April in the Windows Department who should be given a very BIG GOLD STAR. She made sure all my questions were answered and helped me beyond any help I have ever received at the Northtowne Store. Usually no one cares to look at you or smile or acknowledge you. APRIL IS THE EXCEPTION. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND IN HELPING...making sure all my questions were answered and made sure I got the product delivered to my car. GIVE HER 100 GOLD STARS.

The store had plenty of helpers who were knowledgable and made me happy with the experience. The Cashier was also super friendly and that is such a rarity in the current times.

This Home Depot Store is always well stocked. All staff are very friendly, helpful, & efficient. The staff is always asking if you need assistance which is great! You can’t find anyone to help you at most stores! The store & restrooms are always clean, as well. Thanks to all staff!!!

Overall experience here is good as is typical with a Home Depot store. However I did have to return an item that was “special” order from the app. After 1 1/2 hour s@&t show and a 15% restocking fee that was a little over $50 I’m a little bent out of shape.

Not only does my Home Depot have worthwhile goods and services to support them, but it has people who have not forgotten that business needs not skimp on humanity. I greet and am greeted by name at least five of your associates. Kudos !

Horrible customer service at their customer service counter. They will ignore you without acknowledgement while they socialize and comment about what staff is not at work.

I hope to never have to set foot in this store again! I could not get anyone to help me find what I needed. I was there over an hour waiting for anyone to help me. That was AFTER I requested assistance 3 times (20 minute wait between each time). When someone finally came to assist me he knew less about their products than I did, and that's saying a lot! He finally told me that he guessed they didn't have any 4" or 6" self tapping wood screws, or any sizes between 4 and 6". He didn't have a tape measure, but he assumed the screws I had finally found on my own were probably the same size as the ones on my list. What a disappointing and aggravating experience. aOh, and in this time of pandemic, only one store associate was wearing a mask.

Had to return 20 10 footers and they sent me back to the original store to do the return. No help at all. Talked to 3 people, very rude.

This store was totally stocked full of lumber. I needed 96 pieces of lumber and found it all here! I thought I was going to have to go to at least 2 different Home Depots. An employee also helped me pick and load it. Wonderful!

As usual, lowest prices in town, superb staff (especially while dealing with thIs social distancing). Plenty of stock, found everything we needed to get our coldframes built and filled!

I was charged twice for an item and the service desk employee was rude and unhelpful

Wife and I were looking for a new washer. Well, we ended up with a new GE set. Walked out extremely happy with the top notch customer service provided. It was too easy and will always buy my appliances from Home Depot.

Employees there are always informative and polite. There are rare occasions some employees are on phone and ignore the customers. Store is well stocked and clean.

Nate Lovelady led me through a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is extremely talented in matching cabinets, granite, floor etc! He even helped tremendously in areas outside his department. Highly recommend Nate for any kitchen / bathroom needs. AND.....he is so friendly

Ed with your paint store was very helpful and willing to go the extea mile not just for his job but to make the customer happy for that i will always go back and always shop at the northtown store

The location is great. We live in northern CA. and the easy on and off helps us when we are going through reno to home.

If u want to get called names by there childish staff and they might fight you and try to put stuff you don't want on your kart wow then tell you what there job is and isn't no extra mile
