In garden Josh, Anna, and Ethan help me unload 38 miss order bricks and reload 135 or four trips, Morgan and Stephanie help me at the service desk return and the set up a will call for the proper bricks Conner from lot and Keegan from floor stoped and help me load my trailer with the garden crew. These six associates are showing the home Depot values

Asst. Manager Mary, customer service rep. Ursula, & customer service experience manager Willie - all great! Definitely have the heart of the customer in mind and went above and beyond to make sure the experience was great and seamless.

I waited in the lumber cashier line for over 15 minutes. The line was all the way down the first half of the lumber aisle with only one cashier working and two other unstaffed registers. If this was my first visit it would be my last. Where was the manager?

first time with an electric weed wacker, and it works better than great. I can also use the parts from this and attatch other components from other tools of the same brand so i dont have to keep buying a whole different tool.

I would say 99.9% of the employees at Home Depot have no interest in helping you and when you ask, they act as if you are bothering them and/or they push you off to another employee because 'IT IS NOT MY DEPARTMENT'

I bought a Husky 30 gal compressor which has been perfect for my construction projects

I sat at the paint booth for a Littrel 20 minutes to try to return a can of paint because the return counter told me I needed to get checked by the paint people. Nobody was working in Payne so I just sat and rated and sat and waited and sat and waited and sat. It was a very long 20 minutes before somebody decided she may help me anyway.

From the minute I walked into the store and walked out it was probably only 30 minutes. I was greeted by an employee immediately upon entering the flooring department and was put in touch with a Design Consultant, Drew Intong, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had my order completed in no time.

the employees encountered at this store expose a management team that is entirely ignorant of the way in which a customer should be treated, it glares by the lack of training, common courtesy and competence expected of any retail establishment. as the root rots, the branches fall.

We needed to order a fridge and SAm Knop was the appliance specialist that helped us. Very knowledgeable and professional. Made our experience so smooth.

We recently replaced our stack washing machine. We found the staff at this store helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We bought a washer, the tray for under it and watched helpful, friendly staff load it into our truck.

I went into the store trying to figure out a temporary fix for an annoying sound outside my house. Peter in hardware quickly found a good solution, helped me get the needed supplies, explained the steps, and I was out the door in 5 minutes for under $10. I'll definitely be back in the spring for a permanent replacement. Love the help I get here!

I can only imagine what the store would look like if it was easy to get around, as the aisles are generally crowded. Due to the convenience of the store and many good helpful employees, its tolerable. I try not to shop during the peak days of the week as the parking lot is to be crowded with little to no contractor (big truck and trailer) parking.

For the past 2 years I have been building a house on an acreage, and I have had to buy a ton of stuff as my project progresses. No matter what time of day I come to pick up items or supplies, I am guaranteed a helpful a friendly interaction with people in this store. From the cashiers to the stock people, the department experts or management, I have never experienced anything but friendly and professional help at this store. Of course I have been to other home improvement stores and other Home Depot stores ... but I actually look forward to shopping at this store because of the people who work really hard to make my experience positive.

Appreciated the extended help and sincere interest from the employees at the store . Made our research and shopping experience an easy one .

Much of my business has returned to Home Depot since I was able to prove veteran status with my DD214. Previously this was not the case and it made a difference.

Busy store, and still kind and helpful people

The cashier GLORIA walked away from her register to talk with a couple in private, while we were waiting to be checked out. We went to find another line,, which they were all backed up,, and I refuse to do self checkout because I'm not getting paid to do their job and their prices reflect a paid cashier. When we came back around and she was finally finishing up her powwow, I asked her if she was finally done talking and was ready to check us out. She didn't like that and we proceeded to yell and argue about her walking away from her paid cashier duty. She screamed that she didn't get paid enough, so I told her to find a different job. So I'm hoping to get a call from the manager Jay.

Do not like the self checkouts. Home depot is already the big box store just wished it had more human cashiers to checkout through.

I can't remember ever having a bad experience at this Home Depot location. As with all businesses, sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you would like, but in the end, the employees there are always helpful and friendly. The store has a great selection and it is usually easy to find what I need.

This store has great inventory and friendly checkers.
