Home Depot on N. Division has always had the products I've needed for any project I have started. I have two of their Tuff sheds and they are of great quality. It can be busy, but lines seem to go down quickly, and if you're in a hurry they have self-check out!

I was very pleased with the stores cleanliness, the employees courtesy and directions to the exact spot of the item I needed. I was in and out with speed and ease. I was also very pleased that Home Depot carries individual parts for the toilet section and to the distributor for supplying them. You saved me a lot of money. We need more stores like you.

We were spending over $500 and wanted to use our veteran discount like we did two days prior for our online in store pick up cashier Deborah either didn’t know how or something went wrong so she had to manually input it & it needed manager approval we told her we were HAPPY to wait after a few minutes she got mad rescanned everything and then removed one item that was less than $10 and said “there is that good enough for you?” i said no because we were spending over 500 dollars and the discount would be $50 she got mad huffed puffed and removed THREE items completely from the transaction which now if they don’t work we can’t even return as it’ll look like we STOLE them (not to mention your inventory will be off now) she was completely unprofessional, nasty, and seemed annoyed we simply wanted to use the veteran discount it seemed like she and no idea how to work the register but the whole time we remained polite and kept saying we didn’t mind waiting… before this encounter we had a great encounter with the other associates but now this makes me want to take my business elsewhere

This was not the first good experience. Can’t think of a time when the employees weren’t helpful. I’ll continue to shop there when possible.

I came in to Home Depot like I do many times during this remodel of my house I came with my contractor spent a good amount of time that I was also paying him for picking out my bathroom remodel supplies. I forgot my Home Depot credit card. There was an issue for whatever reason I couldn’t use my social and ID I ran home after asking them to hold my stuff upfront Which I already thought about when they did not ask my name and I had to yell it out to the lady I came back an hour and a half later after I said, my son dinner to be told very relieved by Lindsay, the self check out, Burke clerk working the closing shift That they put everything away if I have anything else that needs to be said to go speak to customer service she couldn’t even look me in the eye, but was very rude. I couldn’t believe it. I have no way of knowing the amount of square footage I needed for my tile , the certain kind of outlet I needed I was paying my contractor to make sure I was getting everything that I needed. I also only had a little bit of time when I came back to the store I was not offered a discount I was not offered an apology from Lindsay by any means, but at least one employee an older gal did stay next to me and help me retrieve , my previous material order unfortunately I do not have this one’s name, but I was very disappointed with the customer service here and again I was only gone for an hour and a half. I know this is due to them stereotyping me for what is becoming a huge growing problem of shoplifting that I do not take in

We went in to purchase an exterior door, side light and screen door. Kyle at Spokane North 4719 was fantastic. He spent nearly 3 hours working with us especially when our first option was not going to work. During the process Kyle was multi tasking to help other customers and a contractor that came in. Kyle has earned our respect and is a credit to the North Spokane store!

The North Spokane Home Depot has always been good to us, that's why we go there! But this trip was especially nice as the cashier (Cathy) was friendly, super helpful and quick. Everyone we spoke to that day answered all our questions and were very helpful. Thanks Home Depit, your the best. We will be back!

The parking lot is way too small and congested for the store. Maybe you could by the corner lot and add it to the parking area

Pam from Customer Service at checkout was very helpful, pleasant and personal. Made you feel good about shopping at Home Depot. Despite prices going through the roof.

This guy knows paint. Saved us headache of shopping elsewhere. Ask about keeping a record of paint purchases to avoid future headaches.

Every person (at least 5!) we encountered for help was just OUTSTANDING and caring! From the first person we met at customer service when we literally walked in, to the patient woman at the Pro Desk where we applied for a credit card, to the very kind two who helped my sister who was having an asthma attack try to get into her truck to get her rescue inhaler when the keypad was frozen (they got a heating gun!) to the very thorough and kind cashier! All made our very long day bearable with their smiles and helpfulness. Thank you all!

I'm going to avoid being treated like a second class person and start shopping local this place has consistently had unnecessarily rude employees.

We bought a washer (with only on-line instructions which was a bummer) but we finally figured out how to use it. The WhirlPool HE washer MUST be used with deep water wash and rinse to get the clothes wet enough to get clean. The matching dry which we just bought 2 weeks ago, is wonderful. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the employees.

After shopping at several other stores for a washer and dryer with pedestals and having no luck in finding a set, I tried Home Depot. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to find exactly what I was looking for. And free delivery 70 miles away? You bet!

This was just one of MANY trips I make to this Home Depot in north Spokane each year. Generally, things are stocked well, prices are what they are, the place is clean and organized, and there are partial discounts, within limits, on some items for (proven) military veterans. I do have "pet peeves," though, such as a terrible parking lot at this location and HORRIBLE (loud, distracting) overhead music (here and elsewhere). I have been driven out of stores more than once without purchasing due to that noise. This visit, like many others, garnered 5 stars almost entirely due to one employee there. The lady's name is PAM. If I see Pam at a checkout, I'll go there even if there is a line and even if self-checkout is available. That is because Pam has always been friendly, kind, and considerate (human traits to be valued). She values US, and shows it. Thank you, Pam.

I have never bought a defective item from this store. Every Person Whom I have had a dealing with was Polite, & Professional. I have never had a bad experience at Home Depot.

Customer service lacks telephone assistance but the assistant manager was wonderful to work with.

We overall have had good NOT great experiences on Saturdays only. Sunday is the worst day for customer service/help. Associates seem to be tasked with “projects“ and rarely available to assist/help. During the week daytime hours is like a ghost town.

Dennis helped us on a recent visit to the store when we purchased a bathroom vanity. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even found us a flatbed cart and helped us load our vanity. Thank you Sir!
