We bought our Christmas tree at Home Depot in Natick MA and they were so kind to attach the tree stand for us before we headed home to decorate. As two blind adults this was a wonderful treat for us. The customer service is impeccable.

This branch has wonderful staff. Ernest and Nina were very helpful and pleasant. She took time to explain the difference between the different patio furniture that we were interested. Looking up if they had different colors. When it was time to buy Ernest came and brought down the table we wanted from display since it was the only one left. He was very kind and pleasant. He checked if the table was sturdy and ensured it didn’t have any scratches. They both really helped us.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom Gallagher at Home Depot, and I must say that his exceptional customer service and product knowledge exceeded my expectations! Tom took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect product for my project. His patience, expertise, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a delight. I highly recommend Tom and Home Depot to anyone seeking top-notch assistance and products.

We buy all of our cleaning products, hardware, house plants, organizational, LOTS of bird seed and holiday items at this store. In the spring, we will be buying annuals and perennials as well as grass seed, potting soil and deer/rabbit repellant products. This store has an exceptional garden department.

Jonathan of the Electrical dept is a 5 star employee...so helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Fernando of the Plumbing dept is also a 5 star employee...very customer focused, knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer Home Depot over its competitors...its well run, more/nicer product options. A well run company.

I repeatedly asked staff for assistance, and although I encountered 2-fasteners & rotary tools staff, and something like 4-different customer service staff, most were unhelpful, or seemed to.interrupt my transaction, or told me to look in the aisle.myself. Customer service at the customer service desk seemed particularly uninterested in obtaining information for me via computers. The floor staff were more.helpful, but also seemed unfamiliar with how to locate what items I was looking for by computer, although they seemed to be carrying hand computers.

Sherri at the Natick Store is a shining example of how an associate should be. She was of great help and I applaud her.

Fred in Plumbing gave me outstanding help with my plumbing problem.

Hector was really nice and knowledgeable. There was no wait for the lines and the store was really organized and easy to navigate

The clerk in the paint department was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made my visit a pleasure and quick.

I intended to make a large purchase utilizing a new credit card promotion. When I went to use it, the card declined. I made the purchase on another card. The next day I returned and three staff members worked to reverse and charge bill new credit card saving me hundreds of dollars. Well worth working or should I say partnering with The Home Depot.

i bought a shower kit and the employees were veryhelpful

I ordered a glass shower door set. When I received the set I found the glass panel and a plastic part were damaged. I contacted Michelle at customer service desk. She reorder the door panel and arranged the delivery. She is just great, very proactive and very nice!

Home Depot uses 1-800 Water Heater to promote same day water heater replacement they don't, also they promote a set price for the entire water heater replacement except for the fee for the town permit, this also does not happen, I was charged more than what was quoted

A staff member named hector was so helpful and so kind! he was welcoming and comprised with us so that we were satisfied with our purchase!

I purchased a stove from Home Depot and also purchased the installation service Home Depot arranges with an installer. Was notified of a date for the installer which I agreed to. Installer arrived in the time frame they promised, but Home Depot did not deliver stove until more than 2 hours after installer arrived. Installer could not keep appointment given delay and could only offer next appointment 10 days later. When I called Home Depot, who had arranged both delivery and installation service, was informed they could not directly manage any reschedule issues or assist in a quicker resolution. I now have two stoves in my kitchen as I work on my own to resolve this problem.

I am very impressed that a store this large will provide the labor to sell wire by the foot - and at very reasonable prices.

Home Depot makes it possible to decorate my home and keep it in good repair because they have all the things I need, tools, curtain rods, paint, good cleaning supplies, etc. and I go to one store to get them all.

THERE ARE ABOUT SIX EMPLOYEES THAT I HAVE KNOWN FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND THEY ARE TERRIFIC. FRIENDLY GREETINGS AND HAPPY TO SEE ME AND THEY MAKE MY DAY EVEN IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I NEEDED.

Great experience great people and easy to buy in return stuff for us as a contractors we always have some leftovers but at the Home Depot in Natick no problem/In the cashier name Luciano she’s always here with a big smile and lots patience with us

Been to many Home Depots in the area and have discovered that many of employees understand what customer service is about. They not only tell you where you should find and item but will offer to help you actually find the item. I have received undivided attention from a number of the employees at this location and I really appreciate that. Other stores could learn from this store.

I have been going to this HD for over 20 years. They always have what I need and I get great service from the staff. There are some incredibly knowledgeable people in this store in all of the departments and the trips to purchase materials and ask questions have been well worth the trip.
