The Home Designer staff was less than helpful for the majority of our experience. When we looked into using the stores 3rd party general contractors, it took over 3 months to get labor quotes and the Home Depot staff were not helpful in any capacity. I had to personally call and e-mail their electricians and their plumbers because the general contractor this store uses failed to do so. We asked our Home Designer to have their manager contact us because of the lengthy delays and lack of customer service we experience. When they never followed through, we had to physically contact them. When we finally got in touch with the stores leadership, they promised to "get to the bottom of the situation" and would call us back and never did. I would absolutely not use this store again for any major purchases and would not recommend the store to any friends or family.

The Outdoor Garden Center at the Natick Home Depot is outstanding! The knowledge and hard work of the staff make this Center the place to visit for all your gardening needs. The volume of their business allows them to have frequent new planting materials. With a trained horticulturist on staff you can get all your questions answered. You can also get excellent advice and suggestions. And you also get great service when checking out. Two thumbs up and a shout out to Tim and Marleen and the whole crew!

Products are easy to find and always in stock. The Natick store is spotless and the staff are courteous and very helpful.

The rental section is the best!! Great knowledge of the equipment. And always have had the tools or tools I need!

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY WHEN ONE NEEDS TO FIND CERTAIN ITEMS. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY WILL MAKE HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS THAT MAKE GOOD SENSE. THEY WILL ALWAYS HELP ONE LOAD THE CAR WITH WHAT EVER YOU NEED.

Phill the store manager knows nothing about customer service. His employee entered a coupon the wrong way. Instead of entering it so that the discount amount got prorated across the entire order she entered the discount against 1 item, the item I wanted to return. Phill tried to penalize me when I tried to return the item. Instead of refunding my money to my credit card, he wanted to give me back $4.97 on the CC and then issue me a store credit for $20.00. I did not want a store credit, I don't need anything else at HomeDepot and I am sure I would lose the card. So I told him NO I wanted my money back. He said procedurally there was nothing he could do about it, when it was his employee that did not follow procedure. He told me to call the 800 number it was a good number and they would take good care of me. I said to his face, are you kidding me.. I am hear in front of you right now with the item, I want my money back I don't want to call an 800 number when I get home, what is wrong with you? You are the store manager and you can't override a computer for $24.97 and he said no, it will cause and audit. What is wrong with this guy... After 30 minutes of total time a few of Phill's employees came to the rescue (one was Josh and I did not catch the other two woman who helped, but than you both) and came up with a creative way to get my my $24.97 back. However when the employee's came over Phill turned his back to so that he was between his employees and I and said that he did not want to issue the refund to me. I heard that and went nuts.. started raising my voice saying there is a way to get my money back after-all and you don't want to do that. What kind of customer service is this. In the end I got my money back and not on my credit card, I actually got it in cash.. Phill you should be embarrassed the way you handled this situation. The Home Depot is known for customer service and you failed buddy.. I really can't think why I ever go back to a Home Depot again.. you ruined it.. its a shame such a simple thing could have been solved if you just owned the problem.

The Natick Home Depot and it’s staff are outstanding. I would like to particularly recognize Amand in Garden. He has been so helpful for the past 3 years that I have sought his assistant. The Amaryllis that Home Depot provides are loved by all the seniors who receive them. Marlene was also very helpful this year and another very kind gentleman from the store who helped me load them into the vehicle. Thank you again and Happy Holidays. Maura

Store is clean and well stocked. I found a Kohler toilet and sink not stocked in other stores. The store employees were very friendly and helpful at checkout. One employee noticed I needed help and took steps to find me an associate in plumbing. He followed up and made sure an associate connected with me in a timely manner. He was also very attentive and professional during check out. This was especially important to me given I was in a hurry. The employee working plumbing arrived promptly and helped me decipher my plumber's buy list. Thanks HD!

This local store is well lit, well stocked and well staffed. I was able to find everything I needed within a few minutes after arriving. The staff is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to bring them your questions whether you are embarking on a home improvement project or a garden planning task.

The Landscaping staff in Natick is especially helpful. Gardening is a social and advice driven activity and the staff in Natick is informed. They have their own veg and flower garden by a picnic table on the curb by their area - evidence of their collaborative spirit and love of gardens.

Store was clean and organized

I have been shopping at the Natick, MA Home Depot for many years. The organization of the store and the service have always been better than most other places I shop and definitely far above other home improvement stores I have used. I would definitely recommend the Natick Home Depot for consistently outstanding service.

The cashier Jerry was very helpful. He asked if I found everything I needed and was just generally friendly. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.
