I'm here almost everyday. I'm a contractor and most of your employees are nice especially Fernando, Yansey, Maria and Jim.

The employees were very attentive and knowledgeable about the tool I was looking for and they asked if I needed help not all home Depots do that so it was refreshing to have people that actually wanted to help

Shout out to Larry Grossman and Josiah Ihechukwu who went above and beyond in helping me find a bathroom faucet.

I want to make sure that Home Depot headquarters knows how lucky they are to have Wendy at this company. Wendy makes the difference!! She goes above and beyond to assure the 5 stars customer satisfaction!! She is the reason I will always choose this Home Depot verses other places that I’m used to shop. Hopefully she become a store manager of this location!! She leads by example by giving the best customer service, caring and loving person !!

Hannah was such a helpful representative that I happened upon in the tools section. She was so helpful and fast. I was in and out in just a few minutes with a cart full of tools for my son for Christmas! Couldn't have done it without her!!!!

You can't sell Christmas trees if there are no employees to help customers buy Christmas trees. I didn't even want to give one star for this review.

My experiences at the Natick Home Depot are always positive, especially in the Garden Center.

Being a disabled Vet, and using an electric cart, it’s very helpful that most employees can direct me to the correct aisle, whether it’s their specific responsibility or not. Saves me driving all over the store

Lines down the isles to check out at 11:50 in the morning! Didn't someone think today was a holiday for some, and we may be busy? Of course, only one register open with a Home Depot employee checking out customers. For a contractor, waiting in line is losing money!!

FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED

Associates are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Offered and helped with loading. Store is clean and well-stocked.

I always find help when I need, and the cashiers are amazing.

Mike in hardware rekeyed a deadbolt and door lock to work with my existing key. He told me which brand of lock to buy so it would work with my existing key, helped pick out the new locks, and was quick and efficient in rekeying the two locks. He was friendly and helpful as was the checkout person. They had a good selection of door locks and handles and they had exactly what I needed to finish installing a new door and replace the old locks on another door.

I normally shop at the Bellingham store but stopped in Natick today as I was in the area. Great store, great layout, neat and clean (cleanest of the Home Depots), very friendly staff - nice work. To the girl that helped me at the self-checkout - thank you, very nice and very friendly. I may have to plan my visits more often to Natick.

I don't give perfect (5 stars) but I recognize excellent (4 stars) for most often well done. If they don't have it, what you think you want, they know who does and when this store will have it if generally stocked or custom ordered. Liberal return policy (missing the purchase receipt? they have a way to figure it out perhaps for store credit, but no blockades.) Plumbers, see Dave in Plumbing. Well Qualified.

Natick store is the best of all

Great service! Amazing experience!

It was a great experience. Never have I had my every met at one of these home improvement stores. I felt very welcomed, I found exactly what I needed at an efficient pace. The checkout process was smooth and quick and I see myself coming back for future projects.

The cashiers from this store are very well trained.

I've been shopping at the Home Depot for almost 20 years, and the associates in this store are the worst. They could not be more annoyed anytime you ask for assistance.
