Big store, stuffed with Christmas gifts

Whenever I am attempting a project and I'm not quite sure how to do it, I ask a specialist in that area. Frequently I have been remodeling one of my bathrooms and I try to find out when Fred is working. I have many questions to ask Fred and he often draws me a plan showing me what to do and what to use. I have learned not to interrupt Fred when he is trying to help you, so take my advice and ask your question and then just pay attention and listen. He will walk you through the department and select the items you need providing you know what size pipes you have in your home.

I purchased $200 worth of items and when I got home one of the paint brushes had been used—it wasn’t evident bc the packaging had been taped up. It was rusted and bristled were broken with paint still on the brush! Their returns department needs to be more responsible for checking items they put back in stock. It’s not worth driving 40 mins to return a $4 paintbrush which is apparently my only option. I tried calling and the associate was less than helpful. Lesson learned, I’ll stick to my local hardware store from here on out.

I was sent to take a picture with a shelf and a product and I bring it to the cashier the cashier called his manager manager come with me to the shelf and tell me I apologize somebody move Oran stuff but or three more products what I just bought and the manager make me lose $100 by selling me the cheapest products with the cheapest price tell me this is what I want when I already chose my products and the price so in front of my eyes just when I got To the cashier the price change I am very disappointed at any other store they should give me the produce with a price what they put it on not changing the price because this is what I want

Everytime I go to this store, I find helpful representatives who can answer my many questions and guide me to what I need.

The store was organized, and the associates, especially Jeff, were superb!

IF YOU HAVE A DIY PROJECT GO TO THE SERVICE DESK AND ASK THEM WHO IS THE PRO IN THE DEPARTMENT THAT MATCHES YOUR PROJECT AND ASK THEM IF THAT PERSON IS PRESENT OR WHEN WILL THEY BE IN NEXT. THESE PROS ARE USUALLY RETIRED BUT THEY HAVE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND, IF YOU LISTEN TO THEM AND MAKE NOTES YOU'LL BE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS.

This store is awesome and have great employees that are very helpful and knowledgeable with great smiles.

You have some employees that try to be nice, and I do appreciate them..... I was just upset at the way the sales person treated me..... I will return, but now look at different stores, we have spent a LOT of money at Home Depot, did a new kitchen , complete in the past.... Recommend you get the Vets Card straightenedd out there are those who really need it.....!! This is the first time I have sent in something like this...

I always find what I need. I do find that checking what's in stock on line is helpful but if I have an issue like what to use on tongue in groove wood ceiling tiles for mildew I ask an associate after looking on my own. On that visit the associate found me 20 minutes later in the store with a solution to my problem after I had given up on it. The store is always neat and for the most part the aisles are passable no matter what I'm toting.

People at Natick Store are usually great and helpful. Store is for the most part clean and items are easily found. Will recommend HD Natick store!

Really nice store

Natick store is the best of stores in the area, I am always asked if I need any help. One other thing is the store mg always thanks me for coming to homedepot. Nice touch.

I have been shopping at the Natick Home Depot for years. Always received excellent advice and follow up when dealing with a project. Sales assistants consistently courteous and extremely helpful

Great clean and friendly store. The staff was very pleasant to work with and everything was easy to locate.

Too much holiday merchandizing, hard to move around. It felt like my clogged supermarket aisles. one of the lightbulbs I bought was broken but I didn't want to go back and get a refund.

used to be Home Depot hired retired contractors, to help customers find and know which products to use, now thats not so and people working there KNOW nothing about the store or products. Leaving Customers to figure out or buy wrong products or waste time looking for what is needed. Home Depot would be better Off and make more customers if it went back to hiring people that actually know which products and how to use products. Making the Company More Money in long run

This store is stocked well. Worth going to. Friendly and found everything we needed.
