I needed to fix my kitchen drawer. Andre, (in hardware?) directed me to staff & asked to cut wood piece need to repair drawer. Andre then assisted in putting drawer back together again. His service was extraordinary and exceeded my expectations. Andre "Nailed it". He shared that helping others is his passion. Kudo's to Andrea. I appreciate the service, it was exactly what I needed, but did not expect. I was pleasantly surprised

forced me to self check out after stating i'd rather not several times due to others touching the same items with no sanitizer provided worst customer service ever only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me put negative

#4004 Portland is a great store. I come out of my way to shop here. Every staff member helping us was friendly, kind, and helpful. This is always the case. If you need anything in the garden area be on the lookout for Larry as he is the godfather of knowledge there, and if he doesn't know he will get someone and also followup later to make sure you are successful. Larry is a one of a kind person and quite a memorable character.

I am the owner of all American plumbing Inc. and BP plumbing and construction. I do most of my business at the service desk with James Matt & Tonya . They are instrumental in my daily routine. I do fear contractors no longer have a priority location for returns etc. Another concern more and more I am checking myself out which is frustrating . When I could just Pick up at many suppliers . I do not like the removed process being forced. I understand the business side of it but it will be a dealbreaker for us in the future. I’m not trying to be negative it’s just how I feel. Overall it’s a good store high traffic. Average associate construction knowledge.

Our cashier Kaelan was rude, snobby, and a smart but (you know what I want to say) . Her use of cursewords towards us was unacceptable we will never ever shop at this store again I would not recommend anybody to shop at the store because of this employee.

The appliance salesperson that we had when we purchased our stove made us feel unwelcomed. She wasn't personable and helpful even though we knew what we wanted. We found that the stove we wanted was on sale on the website for $21.00 less than it was priced in the store. I asked for the lower price which she gave us. My husband asked for a military discount and she abruptly said "NO" no discounts could be offered on sales items. The paperwork and sales process was cold and impersonal. My husband and I were glad when we were done and it took some time to get over the bad feelings/taste we had with the purchase. Whether she meant to or not, she made us feel that we were imposing on her. She didn't even thank us for our purchase. Thank goodness Diane at checkout was great, she made us feel welcomed and glad that we were there. Because of her we will come back but not sure if we will buy our appliances for the store.

My cashier, Angela, was helpful and friendly and saved me an additional $150 off of my purchase by taking advantage of a promotional option that I was not already aware of. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase of a garden box, fencing materials and a Treager smoker. Thanks Angela!!

Great store! and great customer service. Very pleased with my visit there. I will be back for a lot more items.

Need windows and doors? You MUST go see Sue! She is TOPS!! Amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond the norm of today's retail environment. Will return to purchase from her again! Would have been nice to be able to purchase the water heaters in advance of waiting for them to arrive. But otherwise, a great experience thru and thru!

This Home Depot location has been one of the best construction supply stores I have visited. The people who work here are helpful and know the products and their functions here. I have had great assistance, advice, and experiences here.
