Bought a pallet of concrete and it took over 45 minutes to get someone to use the forklift to load it. Manager on duty could have cared less and wouldn’t help get someone. Store was not busy at all.

I was struggling checking out and someone stepped in and helped me scan and bag my items!

Christin is a great customer service employ and cares about the customer

Looked at all the major box stores for quality/function and price for toolboxes. HD won, staff were great with loading this 700# monster in my truck. Toolbox safely loaded and secured, 1 of the guys even gave a few pointers and tips (in a non demeaning way lol). Sucks you have to pay full price for items that “come off the truck like that”.

I put my towels on a wooden rack in the bathroom and cats never bothered them.... until recently I decided to make covers to lift up like airplane overhead bins but not as complex, just lift up get a towel and drop down. Ventilation and style would be added bonus. Pierced metal and expanded metal posed hazards to the cats because of sharp edges. If I hadn't found the wainscoting I would have gone with air return register cover mounted on a frame. The thing I found that was perfect ended up being pierced metal that lays on the boards that make up the shelves to keep small items from falling through. Good size, ventilation, no sharp edges.... But manager said was part of store and I couldn't buy but I thank them and the employee that called them all the same

Long story short we purchased quartz countertops through Home Depot. James in kitchen sales was great and provided good customer service. The install however went very bad and that’s another long story but specifically towards that company. Initially talking to the countertop manager she was not helpful and not understanding. Thankfully the store manager Chris called me directly and truly handled the situation. If it had been left to the department manager they would be in the negative but Chris really went above and beyond and valued our time and commitment as customers. He made it right and is truly a good representative of Home Depot and what customer service should be!

During the Christmas holiday, when shopping can be hectic, I was shopping for a tool chest. There was only one left and sales person ADR04TI Had told me that it was already saved for someone else. As I continued shopping for other things, ADR04TI tracks me down to let me know that the tool chest was still available. The "someone else" already had theirs and this one was still for sale. He went out of his way to find me and I really appreciate that. I wish all of your employees work that hard to make a customer happy.

Home Depot makes it easy for you to shop and if you are dissatisfied, no hassle if you have to bring it back

I walked in to get some odds and ends for an entry door I was installing. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted, then the employee asked what I was working on; so I replied obviously, and then she sent to the aisles I needed without hesitation!

We have nesting yellow jackets and we’re shopping for a solution to get rid of them. An employee eagerly assisted us and gave us instructions on how to do it. Great customer service. Plus they give a military discount!

Sales Person JXZ3871 helped me get an item that was on sale but not in stock price matched with another color that was not on sale. Sorry I don't know his name. Works in the appliance section. I had tried to order via phone from the online ordering, but all they would tell me was they would not price match. The guy asked the Manager about getting the sale price for me and it was approved. Greatly appreciated, old time help experience.

I was confused as to the many choices for the item I wanted. Associate Donna was very helpful in locating the item I required and helped me make the correct selection. Pleasant, Professional and helpful.

It is so nice to walk into a store, and immediately find exactly what I came for.

Usually each time i am in HD some staff recognize me and say hi. Some times they ask where my dog is since she often is there with me shopping.

We achieved our goal of getting the best deal for our floor remodeling project with the help of your diligent staff. Bee Stinson at the flooring department went above and beyond her duties to help us sort out discrepancies in the initial quote. She made the necessary phone calls and applied all the necessary discounts that were available. As a result, we were very happy to walk away with a more or less $500 discount on our flooring. We are so happy. Kudos to Assistant Manager Charles too.

Carly was very friendly. She helped me take care of my situation in a very courteous and friendly manner.

On 03-04-23 placed the measurement order to replace 2nd floor carpet. Measurements done on 03-07-23 & been told that I’ll get a call or email for quote in a day. I didn’t get any call and after three days I visited New Albany store to figure that out. The flooring person gave me the 3rd party installer’s phone number instead of quote. I called customer service on 03-13-23 & said the quote was ready 3 days ago and said I don’t know why no body forwarded it to you. “Polina” from New Albany store is very rude and she didn’t care what’s going on and hung up on me when I called to ask her for rapid installation because my moving company bring the furniture in on Monday 03-20-23 someone really need to listen that phone call if it was recorded I already payed for installation even my material was more than $699, she need some training that how to treat and behave with your customers! I got the installation date of 03-28-23 almost a month after the measurements order wow! I will never get my flooring installed again from the Home Depot

I really appreciate the the Military Discount! Employees were most helpful and they had just what we needed. A real asset for our community.
