My fiancé and dad keep sending me up on runs to get supplies they need. My first trip alone a worker, Tim, could tell I had no idea what I was doing. He walked with me around the store to find all the supplies. Today when I came in alone again he remembered me and asked for my list and helped me knock out my shopping. His customer service is amazing! He deserves a lot of recognition.

They ave a great staff. Lex, Miss Terry, and many others. By far best home improvement store in the area.

I found the associate to be very helpful.

Compare this store to Clarksville, and it is day and night. The staff is happy, eager to help and presentable. I walked into Clarksville last week and It felt like I was at a funeral. I left there depressed for no reason. The managers at new albany are on the sales floor seeking customers, cashiers are friendly and the store is always clean.

The store is always clean, everyone knows what they are doing. Meg at the service desk went above my expectations on an order that I placed for an elderly couple to pick up. Angela on the front end was very friendly and saw me waiting for self checkout and came and got me to ring me up. During the holiday season, those two areas deal with the most customers and for both of these ladies to be as helpful and friendly as they were, says a lot about them and the store management.

Great Service, Selection and Staff!!!!

I needed to order new sliding doors for my sister and when I contacted the store I was assisted by a gentleman named Bill. He was so personable and knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the process and kept me informed of the status. I purchased those doors and Bill was excellent in explaining the process, etc. I would highly recommend speaking with Bill if you ever need new doors for your home. Great customer service and made you feel valued as a customer.

Great visit to the store. Dijuna provided assistance with products for my lawn care. I also needed a product that was out-of-season and therefore not carried in the store. She took the time to do a computer search to find what I needed. There were many products listed that were not available. She persisted and we found one to order. It was a great price and should be here in 5 days! Just what I wanted.

Worst experience, associates saw us struggling and did nothing to help. No carts to load our lumber, they were ALL outside. No help loading, another customer had to help us load.

Every employee we encountered smiled, spoke to us and asked to help, makes shopping more enjoyable. Everyone friendly and helpful.

The New Albany, Indiana location is always clean, safe and selection is great. Staff are very helpful with everything from returns to associates helping to brainstorm for home projects. Plus I can bring my dog! :-)

My husband and I enjoy visiting this Home Depot. It has become our go to place for home improvement and gardening. We recently started a project to remodel a bathroom. Turns out the faucet fittings were unusual and didn't work with most other fittings. Eric was so very helpful. He took the time to listen then found a solution and gathered all the supplies we would need. We took them home and it worked! It was the best customer service we have had anywhere in a long time!

I purchased the echo commercial weed eater from this store. I normally wouldn’t buy anything that is considered commercial grade from here, because your merchants that decide what product to put in stores don’t have a great concept of reality when it comes to this area. I honestly had my doubts about echo until I purchased 2 of the commercial back pack blowers (model pb8010t). I have other landscape supply companies who I can purchase the weed eater from, but none who offer the hassle free return policy like Home Depot. I wanted to make sure that if this doesn’t perform like my other commercial grade trimmers, I can return it. Not only does this trimmer out perform the other commercial grade ones we have, it is also lighter and doesn’t bog down like the smaller echo’s (srm225) do. I came back to the store and got with Hal the assistant manager to see if he can special order us one of the other commercial trimmers echo offers. Hal’s knowledge of the business as well as the business I’m in, is why we keep shopping here.

I love my Home Depot !!! If I didnt need anything I would still find something I want. They have everything like tools, houseware, lawn needs, & even appliances!!!... & its a great place for a single woman to meet a tall dark & handsome man!!!!!!

This store is very clean and well organized. Employees are capable and very willing to help you find what you need or suggest something else that might better suit your needs. ALL employees that we have encountered there are GREAT!

Stop and see Andrea in the Pro department. If she doesn’t know the answer she will find someone who does!!!! Every store needs an Andrea!!!

This store is always well stocked and full of knowledgeable, friendly employees. Could not be happier with my many buying trips to New Albany Home Depot! I've been coming here since it opened and hope to visit for many more years. I always depart satisfied!

the staff is incredibly wonderful from the sweeping team to the management! this store is always clean, inside and outside, labels are easy to read to find products for my projects, someone is always asking to help me, (i must appear lost sometimes). bathroom is always tidy and in working condition. the garden center is always color popping in the spring and summer! wow what a variety of items. back draw i see is sometimes all specialty carts are being used and i have to use a basket for pieces of lumber or large items not meant for a basket.

The employees at the New Albany Home Depot are much more friendly and helpful than other Home Depot stores in the area. We always prefer to shop at this location.

Curbside service was fast and friendly!

I needed a few things to do yard work this weekend. When I entered the store I felt safe due to store associates wearing their masks. Customer service is always exceptional at the State St. Home Depot. I was able to get what I needed and get out quickly, which I enjoy.

Curbside pickup didn’t work had to go inside. Order not ready or was lost. No one would help load. One associate in customer service was helpful when I return all my items since I couldn’t get them loaded.

Despite the extended COVID-19 pandemic, store was crowded, employees did not practice social distancing and most EMPLOYEES did NOT wear face masks. Over 97,000 Americans have died from COVID-19. Over 1,000 more die each day, yet most EMPLOYEES at the New Albany store are conducting themselves as though the pandemic never happened. Enter this store at your own risk!

This is a great store, friendly staff ,always willing to help , clean and neat aisles, lots of variety to choose from, I feel at ease shopping here.
