Staff helped me find right shape and size. Directed me to the correct area to locate what I needed. Checked with me to make sure I had what I wanted. Great job of customer service!! However, had trouble at self check so don’t like that!

I have made several visits lately, and no matter the product I purchased. I very pleased.

I went in to buy materials to finish the ceiling on my covered porch. Found exactly what I needed and the cashier was super friendly

I had an awful experience at a nearby big box store and left and went to Home Depot in New Albany, IN. The employees there are friendly professional and can answer questions regarding products that you are shopping for. My hat is off the obvious subperb Manager(s) at that HOME DEPOT. Thank you.

Literally the worse experience I have ever had with a person in retail and customer service in my 37 years on the earth. Karen is a mild insult comparably to Theresa the Terrible. Can you imagine having to call the store from your personal phone to speak to a manager, to problem solve something for the cashier. That something was very simple a forklift operator to pick up a pallet of blocks so I can load them into my vehicle. You would think this is a routine occurrence. But not for Theresa, she was looking up schedules trying to figure out when the garden center goes on break or lunch. And then ask me what I wanted to do about it. As I munched my beef jerky and drank my water, you could cut the tension in the air with a knife. I don't get paid the big bucks to solve problems for a company I don't work for. Nor would I want to step on anyone's toes. That's where things went downhill... After I took a veil of silence awkwardly and she scrambled and fumbled not knowing what to do. Mind you she has several years of service.... I think she was trying to pass the buck. I said are you for sure they are on break or lunch and she said she didn't know... I said I would probably call somebody that knows, what to do then. She was passive aggressive, her tone was terrible worse than that of a 30-year smoker, remind me a lot of my ex-wife's mother. She didn't want to apply my military discount without hassling me. My Home Depot card was acting up and she literally laughed in my face. She flipped me off in the same occurrence after I fix my glasses. Needless to say I lost it with her. After Iraq I learned healthy coping mechanisms to help me work through some patience and understanding for stupid people. But even I have my limits. I totally understand companies have their hands tied currently with the staffing shortages and issues but keeping people like Theresa around. Will cause customers that spend regularly to look for other options. I literally pointed out that her apron says put customers first apparently didn't mean anything. I was able to get some resolution through the manager Joe. Hopefully her actions are handled appropriately. Otherwise the store typically is very on point and pleasant to deal with. We frequent this location at least once or twice a week as we are remodeling and doing projects around our home. I'll Probably just ask when Theresa's working on register and avoid those days and hours of operation.....

No need to go elsewhere this store has everything you need plus they have very friendly employees to help

This store is amazing in in the garden center there’s a lady named Jennifer that help this with everything we need it plus helped in other departments also definitely give the store to thumbs up

John was the best associate you all could ask for! After a bad experience in Louisville he made all the difference in the world. Keep him around!

PLAN BETTER. Have a predesignated area to store the pick-up orders. Like an outside storage or cargo area. So that (carts full of orders) are not in the way of customers who come in to shop and get their own items needed. There are carts loaded and congesting the lumber isle, and more every time I go in there. My last trip over a dozen carts, also loaded carts overflowing into main middle row. You can not get 8', 10' & 16' boards out one at a time without bumping into a pre-loaded pickup carts. You also would eliminate problem of pick up orders being returned, because banged up or damaged!

A month ago I went into the New Albany location to order 2 new security doors. After a month of waiting and 12 phone calls to both the store and sub contractor, I never was able to get anyone out to measure for the new doors or get the correct sized doors ordered. So very disappointed in the management at the location that they allow this type of poor customer service to transpire at their store.

The employees were amazing. Extremely respectful and super helpful. I was thanked for shopping at the store by three separate employees throughout the visit. One employee was working on a huge project lifting heavy weight and asked if I needed help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and was extremely happy to help. Great people and great store!

The guys in doors/windows doesn't like his job, don't interrupt him at his little desk even if there are no other customers around to ask him if he knows where something is. He instantly gets an attitude and is condescending as hell.

SALLY IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ARE THERE. WE ALSO GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DOUG HARLOW IN TOOLS EVERYTIME WE ARE THERE. WE LOVE OUR STATE STREET HOME DEPOT, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND KEEP SMILING!

I was really appreciative of John and his help! My soon knew exactly what we were there for but we didn't see it and John took us directly to it and was very knowledgeable! Ask for John if you need help!

I cannot wait to receive my new Samsung high efficiency front load washer and dryer set. I saved over $700 on the set which was more than I had expected. It is exactly what I wanted and Terry Jones was very helpful during my purchase.

This store is fairly well stocked in spite of the issues every retailer is dealing with these days. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Carole, the cashier was nice and helpful with the checkout. Thanks Carole

I am doing a complete remodel of my kitchen. ALL the employees I have worked with have been exceedingly helpful. I also appreciate that they follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID.

It seems I generally need help finding what I'm looking for when I go to Home Depot because it's usually some small thing -- all I need to do is ask, and someone is always available to help. In addition, one time I purchased a 3-shelf chrome stand to store laundry supplies on that would have taken me forever to assemble, and someone assembled it for me.
