Your delivery company arrived at the job address today and refused to delivery and install my new range as scheduled. The guy Jose, from XPO called his manager and told him/her he would not install my range. The installer wasn’t trained properly to turn the gas valve off and install the range.

I was so happy to see this Rare Plant ,” Alocasia Jackyln” in good shape, I bought two .I always find Rare Plants at this location. AAlways happy to travel here .excellent customer service too.

I went to this HD looking for rare plants and found one ,”Monstera Peru “ Which was on my wish list . As cold as it was that day ,it was worth the trip .I bought two .I wish I had more money cause they had nice selection.

One of the biggest tasks on any projects ,it’s the shopping part; well it wasn’t a hazel at all. The North Ave Home Depot Store made it easier than ever. Awesome prices( got my pavers on sale) and they had the color and quantity I needed.

I purchased moving supplies and they were very helpful! The customer service clerk helped me load up the card and decide how many boxes and supplies that I needed. They helped to streamline the process

I’m surprised at the amount of South American immigrants that are stationed at the driveway entrances. There is no threat but feel uncomfortable that these are folks that are looking for work. Not unique to this home improvement business. Staff is friendly and helpful here. It’s a larger HD footprint and usually has product I’m looking for.

we are all quick to create negative reviews when appropriate but don't always take the time to write a positive one. We had a great experience at our local Home Depot on North Ave in Chicago. We were able to easily find knowledgeable staff for help. And when I had trouble downloading the Home Depot App the cashier went out of her way to patiently help me. It was a great experience and the way one would love to be treated.

Went to purchase the Ring Flood Cam product trying to decide on a PLUS or PRO model. Employee, "Sharresse" was knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. It felt like she was part of the home security project I was working on. In addition, I purchased other outdoor lighting and timers.

Great store one of the largest Depot in the country. They always seems to have stuff in stock.

The staff early on Saturday am was more than helpful. Courteous and welcoming. A very pleasant experience as compared to what one often encounters in ‘Big Box’ stores. Highly recommended.

Siren, the cashier at the return counter, helped an elderly man. She showed great poise, concern, professionalism and patience with this man. He was confused and couldn’t hear very well and she was so nice to him and was constantly smiling. She made me smile when I left

Poor service. Didn’t have pick up order I ordered days ago. Then charged me to rent a trunk and drive 40 minutes to pick up my purchase. So I paid for shipping and handling and then did the work myself.

This Home Depot does not have your run of the mill plants. Always a great selection and the garden department employees are outstanding as well. The plants are very well maintained and always being restocked!

Pro customers need to be allowed to get 11% rebate like everyone else. We get a measly 1% off some items and cannot apply for 11% rebate. Seems wrong

I like this Home Depot, it is on my way and it is easy to get in and out of, most of the store is clean, they have plenty of parking. the application shows me how many items they have on stock lately all the plants and flowers are out so I will keep coming back to get the rest of my plants for this year.

I bought a garden item that ended up being too large for my needs so I tried to return it. I went to a nearby store with my receipt and they said they couldn’t return it because the receipt and scan wouldn’t show the item in their system. They said it could only be returned for store credit. They said if I went to the original purchased store, I’d be able to return it. So I did, and same issue. It’s not my fault the system didn’t recognize the item I bought from the very same store. They said it had never happened before. I was forced to take store credit for a store I probably will never return to because of this experience and the previous where the associate showed me the wrong item to purchase after bringing the burnt light bulb with me to show them.

I ordered custom doors without using a promotion that came in the mail. Once I realized this, I asked for the promotion to apply. The store did not have to give me this consideration, but they did. Very grateful to Gilberto in the Windows/Door department and his manager, Jesse.

Everyone was very friendly and directed me to the right person/people I had to talk to.

In the middle of a busy Saturday I found the store woefully under staffed and much the shelves missing products in the overheads. When I could find someone they tried to assist but lacked the information about the products and their use that where in their individual department.

Waited 45 minutes for someone to custom cut window blinds for 2 patio doors…. No one ever showed up.

Had great experience recently. Lenae stepped in to handle the issue where others passed me on. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and willingness to solve the issue with minimum hassle. A standout employee in a time when that’s not the norm.
