Good store with plenty of inventory. Floor personnel very helpful. My only problem was with rude cashier

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasing to work with.

My cashier Monique was very helpful, she had the perfect personality. Even while checking me out she was willing to help the guys out with loading their vehicle, I made the comment you do it all huh, she just said I help out when I can. Which made me smile for her to be a woman she still was willing to load up like the guys. This is what makes this store stand out that the girls are just as helpful as the boys!!! I hope to raise my girls like that.

Cashier at the “self”check out was playing candy crush game on her phone the whole time I was there checking out. Didn’t look up from her game just handed me the receipt.

While the store was packed with Holiday decor the store was neat and organized. The young man, David, in the Fresh Cut & Artificial Christmas tree area deserves a huge raise. The guy was in and out of the freezing cold looking or the tree we wanted that was the last one in stock. He knew that the tree would be available at another nearby Home Depot. He knew and shared when sales were going to begin. He was familiar with all the store's policies and procedures and made our slightly stressful late-night tree shopping experience 100% better. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

The cashier, Leticia, was extremely helpful and friendly. She is the reason I filled out the survey. Overall, the employees tend to be very helpful and friendly. I like this Home Depot. Clean, well-stocked, nice people, convenient.

It’s a great store with great customer service. I am very please that I was able to stop by at this location due to the fact that my residence is in Niles and decided to stop by for a quick purchase without knowing I was going to have a great experience.

Melanie was exceptionally helpful attending to me while i waited for a specific cleaning product to re-enter the shelves. Haven't had a negative experience in four years using this store, and Melanie has set a new standard of quality for me!

I love this location even though there are two others closer to me. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked. I can always go right in and get exactly what I need.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT PRO DESK

I use to recommend this store all the time. But the service there is not like it use to be. No one knows where anything is and they don't want to show you where something is. The associates are not helpful. All the saws to cut wood were broke and there was not a good selection of buckets. You only had one kind of Downy fabric softener

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible experience! Customer service sucks!!! They sold the grill I purchased after I waited for assembly. Then gave me another one, which I thought was accommodating. Then when I got home the starter didn’t work! I had to get a truck to take it back. Laly gave me a hard time to do the exchange. She was just rude, it’s no other way to put it. Dealt with Laly at customer service desk. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in life. Cory the AM wasn’t any better. They said the one I had was not in stock and I would have to wait for it to come in. After looking at what else was in stock I decided to go with the same one I brought back. Only to find out Cory, instead of doing anything to accommodate me for that, he wanted me to pay more for it. Huh??? You want me to pay more for the same grill I was bringing back? That wasn’t put together correctly???? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

I really enjoy this store, every time I come the associates are always nice, on my one particular visit, my cashier Monique was very nice, she assisted my self and other customers that walked up to ask questions while she was ringing me up. Thank you for being one of the most dependable stores.

Adib, Wil, Anna, Katie and the rest of the Pro Sales team are so helpful. They always take care of the customer to the best of their ability. Ron and Evelyn in flooring are great too. Jose in fasteners is always on the lookout for you and knows his inventory well. The tool teams are helpful too. Download the app people, it is a roadmap to the store that has google style search capability and inventory so you know if you need to order it, run to the store fast, or just get it when you get there.

Like the big box guys, sometimes its hard to find help, or it is hard to find knowledgeable help. Recently the North Ave store has stepped up their game and have been pleased. BTW - been coming here for years and this is my first review. Good work!
