Great experience... I went in with a friend who needed paint and I was not expecting to purchase anything. Their plant area was well stocked and clean. I ended up purchasing a plant for my new apartment. The staff had a smiles on their faces in these harsh times with the COVID-19 virus. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

This store has everything I need especially for painting and tools.

Store staff was super helpful. Much better than the South Loop location!

It will be nice to not see employees throw merchandise on the floor from the ladder ( she can hit someone).

My cashier was Leticia and she is very friendly and pleasant. Alerted me to savings at checkout. This store is very clean and all employees are very friendly and courteous.

The store employees are knowledgeable and are always able to assist customers with the right product and gives recommendations on what would work best.

Sara & Juan R provided excellent, friendly service and order wrapping like I never had at any store. I'll return soon and not even consider shopping anywhere else. Customer for life!

This is a huge store with a vast inventory and variety of products. Clerks are very knowledgable and helpful. Products and service are excellent

Clean and very friendly employees!

The associate by the 2x4s at night is super helpful the entire store is super clean the cashiers are nice this was my first coming to this location due to my neighborhood one was closed I love it closed late for people like me who get out later than most.

The store was easy to access and had plenty of parking spaces. Store was very clean, Organized and well stocked. I was able to find what I went in for very easily and check out quickly with no waiting.

Leticia was great! She was helpful and very positive. Everyone else at this store was clearly just there. Leticia was kind and I wish everyone was like this in general.

The store and staff is absolutely amazing! They are so knowledgeable with everything we have ever needed! The staff is SO HELPFUL and SO NICE! Would recommend this location over any other location! The store is always super clean and easy to find things!

At checkout the clerk was open but ignored me for 2 minutes before helping. I had to ask, "Are you open?" Then she finally helped. She rang up too many bags of mulch. I said something immediately but she did nothing. Then she told me how much I owe. So I politely said again "there is an extra bag of mulch," which she grudgingly corrected. Then she literally stormed away and I finished my purchase alone. It's always like this at the Home Depot on North Ave. The clerks at the checkout are rude.

Home Depot on North Ave is so fun to visit and shop. There is always friendly and knowledgeable staff to help. Its a fun experience!
