Bought an appliance here recently. Staff was attentive and friendly. The competitors store had no staff to wait on us.

Go here if you don’t want to get what you need. Store has been out of multiple items for 2 months now.

We bought a new refrigerator from Home Depot online and was set up for delivery in a few days. The delivery brought our new refrigerator to our house, put it in our diction and unhooked the old refrigerator and then left. They never returned or completed the job. We Contacted Home Depot and was put back on the delivery schedule for the next week, they claim there was nothing sooner. The week went by, the new delivery crew put in our new refrigerator but did not move the old refrigerator to the garage like we had paid for. They did not say that they would take the charge off of the bill. Very disappointed in the process

Over the last couple of days I’ve been installing wire shelving which required a couple of trips to Home Depot. My first experience was with Dave and he did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Dave assisted in cutting the wire shelving. The second trip was to return a few items and it was early in the morning and toddler wanted a race car cart. The carts were covered in the previous nights rain. When we went inside he started to have a meltdown. Brenda so generously offered to go get a cart and dry it off for him. I can’t tell you how much this helped and made that trip to Home Depot go with out a hitch.

As a DIY person, I spend a lot of time & money at Home Depot. Their workers are so helpful. Today three employees worked to meet my needs & get me checked out quickly & it wasnt closing time. What I needed wasn't even something they did but they went above & beyond to meet my needs. And this isnt the first time another time a worker was already off work but took time to help me load heavy pavers into my car. I love this store!

Incredibly nice employee that helped my family get a Christmas tree late in the year.

I shop here a few times a week. I buy a lot of building material, electrical, tools, etc. Selection is good, merchandising is good, check out is good, but associates on the floor are awful. They do not greet you, they do not make eye contact, they rarely offer to help you. In lumber it is AWFUL. They are no where to be found and when you check out and have anything to load they scatter like cockroaches. I only see them outside on their phones collecting carts.

I shop at Home Depot almost exclusively for my home projects. The employees are helpful with items I can’t find in store and equally helpful with advice on new and unusual projects. Service is consistently good..

There we no cashiers at all not even the contractor's line. Only self checkout was available and. You have been out of a certain thin in millwork for months

Bought this door and questioned the door salesman because it looked warped he told me no that's just the way its hanging in the frame once you install it, it will be fine well it wasn't it was warped

At MY Home Depot, the Ashland, VA location, the employees are generally very anxious to help you find what you need and will stay right with you until they are sure you have what you wanted.

The store is clean, well-stocked and the employees are really helpful.

Adam and Dean went above and beyond to help me and made suggestions on additional merchandise that I would need. I bought it and it made my project easier.

This Home Depot has the friendliest employees, they are so helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and seems to have a better selection than some others. I always feel so welcome and feel like the employees are happy with their jobs and enjoy working with people. Kudos to the manager for hiring all the right people!!

Welcome to the woke folks. Many may be turned off from rude and inexperienced associates but Home Depot is worth your patience. Don't let one bad apple or two or three ruin your experience.

I have never been to this store. I shop the gloucester store #4650 not #4653. That is the reason for no stars selected. I am writing the review to let you know that all of this came about due to the survey on the gloucester store that i just submitted and noticed the "ask" for a review on the north richmond store which is an obvious disconnect.

The Staff are customer service friendly, and Knowledgeable. We purchased a riding mower, we were told it would be delivered on a specific date, they not only delivered on the day but it was delivered early!! The entire experience was fantastic. Tim at the Gardens center and Kristyn at the service desk, Awesome to deal with, we will definitely be back to this store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! One associate Yelled at us.... we were in the store in the Door Department for 45 mins with NO assistance, we ask 7 associates for assistance. 1 went find somebody, 1 went to confirm the time the other associate was returning from lunch, 2 others straight up said it wasn't their department, 2 more just walked right by as I sat at the computer purusing the Home Depot Website attempting to find what I needed and didn't say a word. Then the cashier didn't hand us the bag with our small items. I called and the "supervisor" said she would check with the cashier and came back on the line and said the cashier said she didn't have it. We went up there AGAIN and the cashier had the bag.... IT WAS JUST HORRIBEL

We needed a new grill for Memorial Day Weekend but had to wait until Friday. We got the one we wanted and it was already assembled. My SUV was not big enough to bring it home but they quickly took off the sides and it was very easy to re assemble it. This is just one of many great experiences at this store.
