Great service from the time we walked in to the time we left! All employees were helpful and happy to chat with us. This was not our usual Home Depot but we will definitely be coming back!

I visited the Ashland Home Depot recently to order new kitchen cabinets. The store was clean and well stocked. My store associate was Valerie and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the cabinets I was looking for and placed my order quickly and accurately. I highly recommend her and will ask for her by name when I go back for more items. Thank you Valerie!

Poor Service And Unskilled and Rude Employee Never Shopping @ This Location Again !!!!

I took my mother to purchase garden plants and was very pleased that there were employees available who could answer her questions. The line to make purchases moved quickly because both outside registers were open. Our cashier was friendly and helpful making the shopping trip a pleasant experience.

Great HD, have been here so much I rarely need help finding anything! Still, if help is needed it's easy to find a person to assist. They offer tips to help with projects as well. I've got other places close by but prefer this store, even to other Home Depots. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

One of the associates in home and garden was very rude to me and my husband. Refused to get the product we wanted. My husband would not take no so he finally got what we wanted.

Each employee in each section was more than willing to help me. Took the time to listen and answer questions. Because of their excellent customer service, I was able to get exactly what I need. The cashier also went above and beyond to help me so that I would not overbuy and have to return items. Great Store!

The staff are friendly and helpful every time I go in. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I frequent several hardware stores in the Richmond area. My favorite is the North Richmond (Ashland) Home Depot. It is a bit newer and seems larger with a good selection of products. It is kept very clean which adds to an inviting atmosphere. What is most impressive are the employees there who are helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. When you pass them, they make eye contact and ask how they can help you, rather than looking down at the floor as you walk past. I have found the store leadership stepping up to take care of it's customers if there is a problem or issue. The strong leadership filters down to the employees and it shows. A great place to shop.

Little further for us to get to but well worth the drive. Good customer service.

The Ashland HD is simply the best store EVER. It is always clean and neat, which makes you feel safer, even during this Covid period. Each time I visit (couple times a week), I receive the best possible customer service from the nicest and kindest employees. Have been using this store since it opened and don't plan to ever change that. As is often the case, I needed some product recommendations today and was well pleased. Employees are generally very knowledgeable. If one doesn't know what you need, they direct you to someone else.

I worked with Jeannie in the Flooring Department. She was patient with all of my questions and provided great education. When we were finished, she personally walked me over to the next department I needed to visit (Doors and Windows) and introduced me to the employee in that department who proceeded to help me with my door need.

This is my store of choice. Before Covid19, the employees were very knowledgeable and aware of the products and availability. It has especially become vital since the customer services associates are very knowledgeable and are able to advise and assist when you are purchasing by telephone. Due to Covid19 I do not go into stores. However, the CSR Pam was excellent in the Appliance Department, with my last major purchase. Employees like her make the business and create the environment and climate for the customers. I love the store when I was actively shopping, before our pandemic.
