Associates Meredith and especially Tina were outstanding in assisting me with a refrigerator purchase. Their product knowledge, friendliness and overall competence made this a very satisfying experience!

Jeannie in the carpet department will lie to you just to get your money. Don't waste your time and energy with her. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your carpet.

Starting with the no-hassle "returns" desk, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There is always at least 1 employee who asks me if I need help finding what I'm looking for and they generally take me right to that location. The checkout folks who have no one at their register stand in front of their aisle and let you know they are available and I usually don't have to wait very long for help loading.

Cashier Gwen made applying for credit card very painless and easy. Took very little time. Associate Steven really helped me out on deciding on a table saw for my daughter. Very good customer service.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The people are friendly and helpful. they have the shelves well stocked. I especially appreciate that the clerks take the time to help me compare items that I'm interested in. I enjoy shopping in the garden shop.

The people here treat you as if you are family (and sometimes better!) They have a genuine care about them and tend to go above and beyond to make your trips memorable and worthy! They talk to you about projects and even ask how past projects have turned out! They take the time to know and welcome their community members! Clean organized and friendly shopping!

Always clean, well stocked, and up to date with seasonal products in addition to those carried every day, this store has the best employees in the business! They must spend hours impressing upon the employees the importance of customer service because I use the store OFTEN and am always impressed with almost everyone who helps me. Although it's a bit unusual, I find the younger people in this store, who may work part time, to be extremely good at what they do. Most all of the employees at this location smile when they see you and act like they have nothing else to do except be of service to you personally. KLC Atlee area.

Thanks for making my shopping experience easy and efficient. An associate greeted us as we walked in the store and immediately asked if we needed assistance. You did not have to hunt someone down to help you like you do in some stores. The paint associate was knowledgeable and able to make good suggestions. Would definitely go here again.

We went the store today on a very busy memorial day weekend . We actually needed someone from the pro desk to help us with a large order. With it being the weekend the pro desk was closed. We needed to order a large order of supplies for a contractor to start a project on Tuesday. Two ladies helped us out and both were extremely helpful. The young lady at the customer service desk spend over a hour with us ringing up each item need. Thank you so much for all you help and patience. Clerk # axw3967

Overall, most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The problem area is in the garden center where someone would rather be on the cell phone than helping customers. We were promised an order would be pulled within an hour of paying and upon arrival at the store the very next afternoon, it had not been pulled causing a major delay in work that had to be done.

The employees are friendly, professional and helpful. Things are easy to find. Very well staffed. Clean and neat. I've never gone to a better Home Depot. You don't have to search for knowledgeable employees, they make themselves available to you.

The friendliest cashiers I've ever met! They go above and beyond to help. Their customers! And the credit program with everyday 6month interest free on purchases 299 and over is a perk I never knew without the detail oriented cashier staff at this location!

This is the best Home Depot store in the Richmond Va market. This should be the store where all new employees should be trained at to insure the learn the way to offer 100% true customer service.

I depend on almost every department in this store and receive the assist I require from staff in each department. I buy a lot of mill-work and Ron and company always meet my needs. The staff in the paint department are able to answer all of my questions and make great recommendations. Paul and the staff at the Pro-Desk are great even when assisting a small-time operator like me. The cashiers are consistently happy and helpful. I am in the store most days and it is always like visiting with friends. Please keep up the good work.

I like that there was a drive thru process at the Ashland location for getting mulch & top soil. Im glad they had someone to load the vehicle and I did not have to lift the bags several times for my yard maintenance. The guys & girls outside were knowledgeable of the lawncare options and were quick in filling my order and loading my vehicle.

Gardening section was well stocked and organized. Able to find product and check out with ease.

The people are extremely helpful and honest. I go an extra few miles because this is a great experience each time I go to get help with a project!
