We went hoping to have exactly what we needed. Stephanie Rocks! Super friendly and helpful. There were plenty of flatbeds for use and made our trip very efficient.

Jonathan went beyond the call of duty, My husband is blind and it is difficult for us to maneuver in stores. Johnathan took our list of what we needed. He patiently walked with us and showed us where everything we needed was. He then took us to customer service so he could personally check us out. The store had every item that we needed.

I've used this Home Depot since 2013. It's always been a clean, easily accessible, well-stocked store with friendly employees.

I went to Home Depot early on a Sunday morning. I found all I needed and checked out quickly.

Cashier Eliza , rude, disrespectful and just plan doesn’t care. It’s sad to see the customer service I received today. Ripped my card from machine , made me retrieve my receipt from the machine as if she was to good to talk to me and just an unpleasant experience

The assistant manager Rachel as well as two young men at the service desk went above and beyond to help me with a Christmas tree problem. They were so kind. It was a pleasant surprise!

I went to the store because I realized the kitchen cabinet I bought a few months ago was broken but thinking will be difficult to return the product bought 4 months ago. Luckily Ali was on customer service and he did his best. Finally I was able to return the cabinet. Ali was very professional and friendly.

Kemly Lacroix assisted me with my order for new kitchen appliances. There was an appliance special and she was able to maximize the savings on my appliances. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

Purchased new washer and dryer, the wrong pedestals ordered by employee. Had to refuse delivery of the incorrect items and now by lovely items are sitting on cellar floor (exactly where I didn't want them). After many calls to HD Norwood store (good luck if they answer phone) correct item ordered. Lucky me I have to wait 12 days for another delivery (to correct their mistake). Very disappointing.

The interior plants department is sometimes worth visiting and other time is not. It's inconsistency is frustrating. I can no longer find moisture meters, lava rocks, and a variety of plant food and decorative river rocks for my interior plants. I'm not sure what is going on but associates tell me to order thing online. I'd rather buy a product in the store when possible.

It was a pleasure to shop at Norwood. Someone did a splendid job hiring cashier NYREE. Hav never received service like hers anywhere!

I am in Long time? and today I received the greatest service I have ever received at any location I've ever been to at home Depot. manager Stephanie was absolutely amazing! she made my experience truly easy and truly cared about what she was doing you could tell. because of her I will continue to go out of my way to come to the store in particular! she should be employee of the month or at least receive a raise for her amazing customer service skills and radiated total class! you're loyal customer Rob

We always visit this store since this is closer to our home. That said, people in this store are super helpful and very knowledgeable. This store has lot of inventory as well. We recently bought a refrigerator and the sales person Kemly was super helpful

This was my second trip to Home Depot to fix my clogged toilet. I used an entire gallon of the Instant Power "Guaranteed to Work" Hair and Grease Drain Opener the one in the bag and it did not work. This time I bought the Milwaukee Trap Snake 6ft. Toilet Auger and I was very happy I did. It unclogged the toilet in less than a minute and saved me a lot of time and frustration not having to replace the wax seal and make a big mess in our bathroom. I've used the inexpensive $12.00 6' snake before and it broke and got stuck. I've used the electric powered 100' augers and they are a ton of frustration and usually get stuck and don't work very well. Nick the store associate was very friendly and helpful in my purchase decision. Thanks again for your helpfulness Nick!
