The Norwood Store is always stocked and with employees to help. it clean.

I want to acknowledge Melissa who was my cashier on Monday. She went above and beyond in assisting me after her warm welcome to the store. She is a true asset to customer service! Thanks Melissa for your help

Maxine the cashier was very great

Horrible customer service. I was in line ready to checkout. The cashier told me to go to the next register which I did. The cashier at the next register walked away. His light was on so I assumed he'd be right back. I waited & waited. He never came back. I had to go to self checkout which I hate. If I wanted to be a cahier I'd put an application in. It's ridiculous. So much for good customer service.

The Norwood store is disorganized and not very neat. Some of the employees have no product knowledge and are rude. The checkout line were too slow....

Expect to be overcharged at the Norwood Home Depot. The product display will indicate a lower price but the product will scan at a higher price. I strongly suggest you take photographs of the product display, with price tag, and be prepared to show the cashier. You may even have to argue with a supervisor because they tend to not believe customers even with photographic evidence. Such overcharging has happened to me on a number of occasions. I've never received an apology, an explanation or any indication that this pattern will change.

Stephanie is an amazing associate she helped us within minutes I had the product I wanted and checked out. I wish more stores had employees like her!!!!

I have shopped at the Avon,Mansfield, and west Roxbury stores and find them better stocked than the Norwood store. The other stores are also short on inventory but Norwood is the worst.

Amazing store to shop

Totally understaffed, like all Home Depot’s (& Lowe’s), but good, friendly vibes from the employees here. If you need assistance, the ladies on staff especially rock.

I saw the Samsung Washer and Dryer on Display. I looked at the price and the Salesperson Mark told me it was a Black Friday Special. He explained all the features and benefits along with a savings. I was very happy with the Service I received from Mark in Appliances! Mark was knowledgeable and friendly! If I need any Appliances in the future I will look for Mark!

All employees should be as pleasant and personable as the young man Marvin Watkins was. He was very pleasant and helps customers with a smile and makes you feel like a friend rather than a customer. I would definitely look for him in the store if you want awesome customer service. Bravo to you Marvin you made my shopping experience the best.

This was my first visit and just the size of the store was a bit daunting. However, immediately I had my three questions about different products answered accurately by the salesman I saw in isle 4. When I was ready to leave, Edward, the cashier was welcoming and kind. I left knowing that I will be back as it is a store that is supportive of all types of people seeking tools and products for the home.

The Norwood Store was generally clean.The staff was very cooperative and helpful in guiding on placement of items in particular Aisle.However, find the Prices of Mason's Tools, Sand Papers and Plumbing items on higher side.Suggest a Large Lay-Out Map at Entrance Gate (Showing Location of Aisles and main category of items there)

Great service and friendly cashiers!

I found the lumber I was looking for. I did need it cut to size and Ray was there to do that for me. He was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean throughout the store. I will return to this store again.

This was the best Home Depot I've gone to. Service was exceptional!!!

The service here was embarrassingly bad. I waited 15 minutes at the pro desk for a phone sale while there were 0 other contractors around and was ignored by everyone there. I walked to the service desk to ask for a phone sale and they told me only the pro desk can do it. I walk past a lady with PRO Services written on her apron and ask her to do a phone sale for me. She says Mike is there and will do it. I walk up to Mike and he's busy helping non-pros. There were multiple employees standing around looking unapproachable by all customers. While the 1 person Mike, (1 PERSON!?!?) working the pro desk helps out everyone passing by but me, a contractor. No one else in the store can do a phone sale but this 1 guy and he chooses to help a girl find a drill (gone for 10 minutes) and when he comes back he decides to help an old man find an online order, instead of simply directing him 30 feet to the left to the ONLINE ORDER desk where there was nobody in line. What gives? I needed a phone sale. No one else in the store can do a phone sale. Why is this guy ignoring the only contractor in the store? This is unacceptable I hope I never work near here again. Worst home depot I've ever been to

Peter Dufort the asst mgr personally worked with me to accommodate my request. He made me feel valued as a customer. Because of him and others such as pete in gardening, lee and malora in cs i will be bring my business back to hd. Excellence from leadership shows.

Pete in gardening makes sure to give excellent customer service. He walks you through the store to make sure you get all your needs and items met. Then he passes you off to another with confidence. He is a peoples person.

The store is clean and well organized... the store is huge... Take a moment and look around when you enter
