CASHIER ELIZABETH WAS THE MOST FRIENDLY CASHIER I HAVE EVER MEET.

Very knowledgeable employee - felt very comfortable with our purchase. Great price on our Anderson products. Would highly recommend. Also, the store is spotless and well organized.

I VISITED THE STORE TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY VACCUM CLEANER, THE STORE DID NOT HAVE THE PART IN STOCK. WHEN I ASKED A HALF DOZEN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHAT TO DO THEY ALL ANSWERED THE SAME....GO SEE LEO AT THE PRO DESK! LEO KNEW JUST WHO TO CALL TO HELP ME FIND THE PART I NEEDED! GREAT SUCCESS!!

Went here to buy shelving gear and was delighted with the service... The cashier, an obvious former Victoria's Secret model, pointed out mistakes I made in some the items I was going to buy and quickly helped find the correct products, all the while smiling and spouting helpful hints on how to complete my project. After finishing up over a year of work on my first-time-home-buyer house, I had a lot of stuff to return, stuff I thought I might use but didn't, stuff I bought more of than I ended up needing. It was so much stuff, that I was at the return desk being helped by Ashley for almost 3 hours. And the entire time, she was as professional, courteous and friendly as could possibly be. Most people would've run seeing me approach with my full carriage or make comments or faces or be grumpy or much worse! Ashley is an incredibly valuable asset to the Norwood Home Depot store...an absolutely valuable member of the store team. I would continue spending my dollars at Home Depot just because somebody like Ashley worked there. How could I ever forget how seamless and pleasant she made a transaction that could have been just the opposite - and understandably so! If you had the good sense to hire her, I have to assume that they have had similarly successful hires.

We needed help finding the right snake to try to clear a clogged drain. Nick was very thorough in explaining all of our options including one that could be put on a drill for extra oomph!

The associates within the store and at checkout at this location were suprisingly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made my project a lot easier!

Got a lot of help from personal at rug department with knowledge ! Installed professionally within a weeks time. Looks and feels awesome !

Had the pleasure of getting assistance from Marcia who took the time to assist me in my needs of retrieving an item that was not on floor display but 20 feet up on a pallet. She provided safety for other guests in the store by flagging off the aisle . She was knowledgable, helpful, courteous and straightforward about getting the mission done. Stoli my cashier was friendly and efficient snd knowledgable in her craft. Also, came to Norwood store because Avon was out of products I needed . Thank you

I couldn't find my item for my new staple gun Lily Stephanie and Mary were so helpful. Clone Lilly please. We need more.

I met a Home Depot employee today in the Norwood store named Wendy. She was extremely professional and helpful. Not only did she ask me if there was anything she could do to help me find something, she walked me to the product. She was very engaging and helpful. I would be surprised if she was not some type of supervisor. I was so impressed I will probably make Norwood my “go to” Home Depot. Good professional help is so hard to find and she obviously loves and enjoys what she does.

Brought in a item to return got the item that I had previously bought and the woman who helped me was just amazing

Once again products in the garden center were not priced correctly. It's the common deception game at HD. Place the product displaying one price and then they charge you more at checkout.

We are using the specific store all the time and we are happy!

I went to get these fire rated doors and there they were after hearing that they were not stocked in the store anymore

By having the power tool manufacturer’s representative available, I was able to get helpful, knowledgeable specific answers to my questions plus the pros and cons of different combo power tool kits for my specific needs

staff is very helpful and willing to go over and beyond to help the customer.

Marvin from the Garden department - was very considerate and knowledgeable. My dad is disabled and asked for several items - all of which Marvin eagerly and enthusiastically helped us find- despite the fact that my dad can have some difficulty with communication --- Marvin not only handled our visit like a quality salesperson - but a quality human being. The world with be so much better if there more people like Marvin from the Norwood store. So thankful.
