It was obvious this store invested into the future of young men and women of the community. The youth as well as the veteran experience in the Norwood store. A young man named Paolo went out of his way, on a busy Saturday morning, to assist to find. He was responsible, polite and informed

I always get my personal and business materials from the Norwood store. Jeez, I made so many shop keys and asked for so many weird light bulbs. I always received excellent help and the service was excellent. What makes it all worth, THE SMILES, I got during all my visits.

The store is neat and clean, however if you need any assistance there are a few people at this store that do not understand the term "work"...in fact it is a shame that some people should feel lucky to have a job at this time but they are too lazy to realize this. Most of the people in the store are extremely helpful but it is too bad that a couple of 'bad employees" make the store look bad.

The staff is extremely helpful. They listen, care, and will go out of their way to help. In one visit multiple staff were extremely helpful. Even the store manager, saw me at the shower heads section for a long time because I was confused with all the options. He talked to me about my needs and budget and helped me find a product that is an excellent quality in my budget. This is the best Home Improvement Store I have ever been to. Always choose to go to this Home Depot location because the employees are friendly. Susanne is a very kind human. She deserves a raise. Her customer service is remarkable!

I was looking to upgrade some of my power tools and saw a set of dewalt drills but there were two different price tags for the same item so I went to check out and I asked the lady at the self check out about the 2 different prices and she went and looked at them and came back and gave me the lower price for the item she made this trip very pleasant and a good experience. Store is clean and well stocked. The sales associate we worked with, David Wiener, is very friendly, knowledgable and offers good advice without any of the pressure. Very satisfied with our visit.

The Norwood Home Depot has by far the most friendly and helpful staff, it is always a pleasure to shop there

The parking lot at the Norwood store is a little 'dicy" getting to and from your car. It seems people here don't watch when backing out. I don't think its because there may be a door or such crammed into the back as I have seen vehicles with a clear view almost bump a pedestrian. Maybe a sign at the exit might help ?

Associates not well informed at checkout & return shelfs not labled adequately to find specific products. This is true of all of the 5 Home Depots i visit .

Yes, but with reservations. The biggest issue I have with HD is that you have 3 types I see there: Excellent, competent, and put down types who think they are smarter than the customers. You need to retrain the third category.

All employees were helpful and friendly Tom in the plumbing section gave me some helpful tips. Toya from the self serve registers is a great asset to the store

id just like to brag about ileen that we had wait on us earlier this morning. she knew her job well and gave us tons of information before we even needed to ask. her personality was definately one that is meant to be with people. we loved her and would be happy if in the future she waited on us again. not 1 time did she have to call another employee for help because she knew everything. we talked as she did our transaction and never made us feel rushed if we were to have asked any questions. its workers like her that i believe should be recognized and rewarded for it. perhaps along with a gift of a paid day off or gift card id suggest maybe a wall with employees pictures and names who have been recognized for great customer service. if there was a wall i didnt see it because we were only at the small section for rentals. ileen was a great worker and id feel very comfortable calling if i had any questions.

Store was very clean and organized. Frank in the fence department was a great help with my deck project. He showed me a way to layout the deck and save money on product at the same time. Every one else was very friendly and made me feel welcomed when I walked in, good job Norwood Home depot! thanks Peter

Went to Norwood Home Depot on a busy Memorial Day holiday. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a return, purchased a different item, checked out, and were driving back home in about 45 minutes. That says a lot about this Home Depot. It is our favorite Home Depot location to shop at. Highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who values their time and wants quality products.

I could not find a person to help me today. Once one person in another department did, the person in lumber I was in brought the wrong item. The cashier was on the phone for ten minutes and could not get backup. The lumber guy gave me the string to tie a 4x8 sheet on the top of my car, saying, "You can do this better than I can." I am recovering from surgery and never tied a rope on my car in my life.

Everyone tries very hard to be helpful and friendly.

The customer service is over the top. The store is clean and there are lots of products with excellent prices.

it needs a little more parking, so i park next door at stop&shop sometimes

The publically-available website for Home Depot stated that several models of a clothes dryer in which I was interested were available. At the store I was told that Home Depot no longer carries these models. Why did I waste my time at this store.

The Norwood Home Depot store is clean, well stocked and the employees are very friendly, accommodating and eager to help. I've had to return items that I've mistakenly ordered online and have never had a problem with returns. I attended a workshop this evening and was thrilled with the outcome of the project. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project. I'm glad we live so close to this store!
